AF medication - what are you on? I take rivaroxaban - perhaps I can blame that (instead of greed) for my too high numbers?Woke up at 7.4 , but was 11.4 at bedtime, at diabetic nurse yesterday and was told I’m high at night because of the medication I’m on for my Atrial Fibrillation.
Likewise. Congrats both.I forgot to say well done to @Wendal and @MeeTooTeeTo for your HS.

@BobbleHat don’t forget to report it, I surprised myself a week ago when I managed to dislodge my last one, on reporting it Abbot happily replaced it7.0 for me today. Had to swap sensors early as I managed to knock the last one. It only had a couple of days left. I think the numbers today are the sensor 'bedding in' so to speak, although I've had slightly higher than average numbers all week - for which I blame my not-insulin hormones!
Today is unlikely to help - bottomless brunch (but at tea time!) with the girls from work. I'll do my usual tricks for eating out / drinking out but ...
Happy weekend everybody.
thank you will do on monYes.
¡Muchas gracias! We are enjoying, and I did like the arcades. I've learnt some Welsh too: "y safle nesaf yw" (the next stop is). That's what a couple of hours in a country bus does to you. I don't promise I can pronounce it tho 😛Morning all. 8.7 here.
Cylch Darllen / Book Club this morning - we’re reading our way thru a book of short stories. They’re brilliant! Proper short stories with an unexpected twist in the tail. Lesson planning, then an hour of work training this afternoon.
Have a FAB time with your folks in Caerdydd / Cardiff @Elenka_HM. Patti’s right, it’s a lovely city, especially the quirky arcades with small shops and galleries. And there’s some surprisingly international art at the National Gallery. ¡Que lo paséis muy bien!
Thank you so much for recs! We are enjoying the city, and we did see some of the arcades, I like them. Today we are in the Bay area, so hopefully we will find one of those nice places to eat 🙂@Elenka_HM Cardiff is a very buzzing city. Lots of lovely restaurants in the Bay area and some in the main town. Also some beautiful arcades full of individual shops. Visit Rum and Fizz for a pre-dinner drink and be transported back to a Victorian parlour. Or visit The Ivy restaurant which has the most quirky ladies toilet I have ever been in, see pic. Foods not bad either
