Before Tea/Evening Meal

I am a bit late posting my pre-dinner reading of 7.4 as it's been a busy afternoon and evening.
.

4.2 tonight.

And a 7.4 for me this fine evening.

Night night zzzzzzz
.

5.6 for me.

I wish I could continually get low readings like everyone else, very depressing. I am on 2,000mg Metformin with evening meal and 14mg in morning of Rybelsus.

And it's a 4.1 for me tonight - missed lunch, didn't I?

Please don’t kick yourself? I actually have respect fo @MikeyBikey & his challenges. I don’t feel this topic is a “competion.” More a dig at our own predicament? Either T1 or T2. (Or any other variation I’m here to learn about?) lol. My evenings due to the working nature of my basal tend to favour me. & to be quite frank. I’ve just sorted a hypo.

And it's a happy 5.4 for me on this fine evening.

Two hours at bowls this afternoon - I'm shattered!
