Okay. Is 11.0 to high thenIf you are experiencing high BG levels after eating then not eating high carb foods might help - for instance have mashed swede rather than mashed potato, and avoiding biscuits.
Do you think it was the mash that done it. The made it go 11.0Potatoes are one of the things we cut back on or ditch altogether, especially mashed. Try cauliflower mash instead. It has a fraction of the carbs of potato.

Yes and you seem to eat alot of mash as you had fish cake(these usally have potato in) and mash the day before. Most find that if they can tolerate potato at all new potato seems to have less impact.Do you think it was the mash that done it. The made it go 11.0
