Group 7-day waking average?

Hmmm…I guess you had to be there! But what do I know, I’m just a pleb from the north! 😛
Honestly it was really rather moving. And I’m just a cockney pleb me!

Congratulayions @Barrowman and @louisew.

@Martin.A i think its really sad how town centres have gone so far downhill. I wrnt into our local town on Saturday for the first time in about 12 months. I usually avoid it as there is nothing there i want to look at or shops to buy anything. I knew the council had been given a grant to do up the town but what i saw was so disappointing. A new building looks so out of place, a little square with trees and benches has been dug up and replaced with just bricks and some shops have been knocked down and replaced with new ones. Why, i don't know because all through the town there are so many empty units they cannot fill so how can they fill new ones. Very disappointing.

Turned out warm and sunny, when my BG refused to budge from 12.3 all morning, and toward 3pm no matter what I did, be it walking or fasting. Even took extra corrective jabs! Finally at 3.55pm they began to shift vaguely downward. I live in hope.

Congratulations on your HS today @louisew !

Evening all.4 2 for me this morning.Low alarm going off all night. With amount of jbs I've had very surprised Twice this morning and once this afternoon Just got in with dog and it's gone off again .4.1 so no problem.Nice sunny day up here. Congratulations to @ Robin.@ Barrowman.@ Louise and @ Eternal 242 . Enjoy your evening folks

6.4 on a bright, sunny and - at least for now - dry Berkshire morning. Cool northerly wind, though. Usual 3 WFH Monday :( but at least I have some things to do that'll keep me out of the house for a while.

Really sad to see this yesterday about what's become of my home town (no need to read it, the photos say it all):-

Congratulations on today's HSs @Robin & @Eternal422 & @Barrowman

Have a good start to the week.
Yep sad to see Martin.Last time I stayed in Llanelli was a long time ago and one of other guests was a Rep for was it Felinfoel Brewery and he persuaded me to have a half of Double Dragon.
I also stayed at a Guest House in Swansea which was run by an old Welsh footballer Mel Nurse and had a few pints in the Masons Arms,Craig Cefn Parc near Pontadawe where I saw the Moriarty Boys( Big fellas) having a pint or three.
Happy days

Evening congrats on HS’s today @Eternal422, @Robin, @Barrowman, @louisew (think that’s all of you) :thankyou: If not my apologies to anyone else who was a :star: today

I’ve had a pleasant afternoon at DMO clinic, even if I did get absolutely drenched walking home in a storm this afternoon, because the swelling in my right eye has slightly reduced again vs 6 weeks ago, this is now (whilst not completely no longer of concern) to the ophthalmologist I’m under, she was suprised as when I last saw her 3 months ago, she injected both of my eyes with steroids, you will be glad to hear @Pam123 the Ophthalmologist listened (regarding the Noctura mask we are both using)

Looks like it might’ve been a marvellous Monday for me, hope it is / was for others

Yes, Double Dragon is a Felinfoel Brewery brand. Felinfoel, pronounced VellinVole by the locals (although I suspect @Bloden will tell us that's not how it should be pronounced) is, to all intents and purposes, a suburb of Llanelli.

If that's how the locals say it, that's how it's said. I wouldn't argue with a Scarlets supporter! 😉

A 6.4 for me and very light rain whilst walking dogs but about to have cup of tea which am drinking much more now and less coffee.
Good day yesterday and back home early and up in Liverpool today.
Managing BG fairly well and another Unicorn and fitted new sensor and no trouble changing onto Libre 2.
All have a good day.

I still drink far too much coffee, trying to cut back. At least I drink less in the afternoon and evening
