Group 7-day waking average?

Slightly improved night graph, starting at 6.5 at bedtime, then rising to 8.5 this morning before breakfast. Better than yesterday, but still rising before I get up.

Sun is out, so will do some weeding/hoeing of the of the gravel in our small front garden …

Morning all. Another 5.3 for me again this fine sunny morning...

Have a good day folks and stay well.

After seeing the various photos you've put on here, i've got to say your house and garden looks absolutely lovely

Morning folks. Missed posting yesterday and just catching up on all the posts.
7.7 again. Up early yesterday morning to go to the local car boot sale before the weather changed. Very disappointing as there were only about 30 stalls. There are normally a few hundred.
SiL has remained propped up on the reclining sofa except for bedtime. She is in a plaster cast up to the knee. Not allowed to put any weight on it. Crutches nearby when needed. We are taking her to her follow up hospital appointment on Friday but it means I will have to give the Tai Chi session a miss.
We are getting the same very showery weather as everyone else. The garden looks green and lush but the weeds are waving at me. Off to the tip later to empty all the trugs full of weeds from earlier in the week.
Take care peoples and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Afternoon folks.8.7 for me this morning.Had a high alarm go off during the night.Took 3 units of insulin should have been 4 .Every time I end up 100% in range the powers that be throw a spanner in the works . Probably 5 days to get back up there House work done .Meat cooked , dinner eaten .Out with dog now ,Just called in for a coffee. before we hit the he woods .Suns out . Enjoy your day folks

5.8 for me this morning.
We had a Pentecost celebration with balloons this morning at church ( I didn't realise it was Pentecost but my daughter loved the balloons!)
Then a BBQ. A bird pooped on my burger  thankfully before I had started eating it! There was a bouncy castle and face painting so lots of fun for 7yo. Back in now, time to get the washing on for the week. Exciting times!

Afternoon all. Started sunny, then went grey and cloudy, now sunny again.

6.1 this morning. Friday was a mare... in the end I rang the head pump nurse at the hospital as I couldn't get BGs down under 18.9 after the bent cannula. She was very helpful and said to give myself another pen injection, but by the time I got off the phone it was dropping with a vertical downward arrow, so I didn't. Saturday was all over the place and had the runs as well. Had the runs during the night last night too.... felt completely rubbish today. It's extremely unusual for me to put the TV on in the daytime unless I am ironing, but I sat on the sofa and put it on, fell asleep and the next thing I knew it was 4pm and I was watching Zog the Dragon! Feeling slightly better now. I have a busy week so I hope that's the end of it!

Have a good day all - what's left of it!

Have added some fake carbs to try to push the site into life. Something I almost never do.

No idea where the first bolus dose went… but the second into the same site seemed to kick things into gear, thankfully!

And only a modest smattering of Skittles required after my new sensor started up.

6.9 this morning for me, the result of going to bed on an 8.something and not doing a correction for fear of going low overnight.

Had a lovely day at Hatton Locks, 18 boats in total through the flight. Just one other volunteer on with us so we had a great time together and plenty of boats to help out.

This lovely couple that we helped up the flight loved having their passage through one of the locks filmed by the Top Lock cafe owner for a local school history lesson. She said that out of 74 children in the school only one knew what a canal was - hence the video to show them and educate them about the canals. Good on her and well worthwhile passing this on to the next generations.

Now back home and relaxing after some 20,000 steps (according to my wife’s watch).

Take care everyone and enjoy the rest of Sunday.

Wow @NickE you have a levitating nun in your back garden. 🙂

Dez,
That might be the bronze bust of my grandfather C.S. Evans? Over on the right side sitting beneath the rose. He is very happy there. He was the Chairman of William Heinemann and published many of the famous authors in the 20’s and 30’s including Graham Greene. The bronze is by Clemence Dane and left to me by my mother.

A little high at 10 this morning after we slept until 9am, on a sunny spells & cloudy day - no doubt we have rain at some point.
[Edited]

My OH has just gone with friends to see the Bishop of York at the Priory. Hopefully they met.

Didn't have any rain but the wind increased somewhat as I found in my walks. Been quiet at home waiting for a call off the NHS, which came without an appointment. Apparently I have to speak with my Dr's in the morning to see to my leg ulcer. But I've ordered some dressings from amazon, they should be here tomorrow. I don't hold much hope for an appointment though.

Morning and an 8.3 for me after DP spoiling my largely time in the 6s overnight which is good for me.
Quiet day yesterday although we did go out for lunch at last minute as my wife felt happy to do so after Saturdays exertions.
E finished watching Dept Q @eggyg and really enjoyed it and now started on Protection so police dramas are the TV choice especially Scottish ones which always seem a little “ darker” in the true Taggart Murda vein whereas the English mass murder episodes tend to more “ gentle” like Midsomer Murders.
Off to Wrexham today but a routine day and not too bad a week so enjoy.

Good morning 7.4 here after a bit of a big rise after dinner. Sometimes I can get away with eating a small banana in the evening after dinner, I guess because my feeble pancreas has revved up to deal with the dinner and insulin is still floating around. However last night was not one of those nights.
Off for the dog's second training session this morning. I don't think she knows what's hit her
