7.2 this morning, but I have only had a couple of hours sleep because of the sciatica pain, which seems to be worst at night. Maybe because when I'm lying in bed there is nothing to distract me from it?
Yesterday I had the TENS machine on my leg and it seemed to help, I was able to walk the dog for a couple of miles. She got back into her naughty lead pulling habits while I was in Turkey and daddy was walking her, now I'm back no such nonsense is tolerated, so she needed a training recap
According to Larry all she did was constantly pull on the lead and roll on every patch of grass she could find, she obviously realised he was a soft touch as I've spent an entire year teaching the stubborn little mare to walk nicely! With the aid of liver paste she soon remembered her manners and we had a lovely stroll.
Congratulations @Pam123 on yesterday's HS.
When Larry gets up around 7.30 I shall go back to bed and try to get a bit more kip. Meanwhile I'm snuggled up on the sofa with the dog, drinking coffee and watching Call the Midwife on BBC iplayer.
Have a great day everyone.
