Group 7-day waking average?

Good evening all on this beautiful day - the first one when it's actually been warm enough to sit outdoors without a coat!

5.0 this morning - that'll do nicely thank you!

Have spent the day with friends from up country. It's been lovely. We remembered a pub near their hotel called Tricky Dicky's and it was very nice indeed... a reasonably priced menu and tasty food. After eating we were able to sit in the garden and chat. We dropped them off in time to shower and change before going off to perform their evening concert.

Congratulations to @freesia, @Pam123, @Silent Sands and @MikeyBikey on your HSs. Nice to see you back on this thread @MikeyBikey

How odd I do like Nutella but not Ferero Rocher.

Have a good evening all

Joining all you with a 5.2 this morning congrats to you all .. still no shed, I am getting really fed up to say the least, the courier has had it sat in the depot for 4 days now, and the seller keeps saying sorry wait another day grrrrr
Congratulations on your HS better budge everyone along. Thay step us getting crowded today.
Are you able to cancel the shed and get another one? Sounds like the seller is giving you the runaround.

Yeah so it’s basically nuts and seeds. So it’s healthy!
I've always argued this about chocolate spread. The same way I maintain that broken biscuits have no calories as the calories all fall out of the broken bit.

I'm exactly the same. I think it's a texture thing for me. Nutella is smooth whereas Ferrero Rocher is weirdly crunchy.
I prefer the crunchy hazelnut bits in Ferrero Rocher rather than Nutella. Weirdly I like crunchy peanut butter, not smooth, but I like smooth almond or cashew nut butter.

22:24 BS 6.7 2mmol lower than 24 hours ago! 🙂

It’s the silly o’clock zone again after I conked out around 12:25 ish despite TRYING to stay up a bit longer, just to MOVE the body clock a bit, but, no can do: EVEN brought forward my tresiba injection which I HAD been steadily moving it back towards midday; had been set to 13:00 & tomorrow would have been midday so, it wasn’t THAT early! I stuck in the 60 basal before going to bed & because I was SO zombie like by then, I ALMOST stuck in by reflex 68: I automatically dialled it up & about to stick it in when I realised I’d changed to 60 for about a week now; dialled it back down then, stuck it in so, that was ALMOST A DISASTER!!! 😱 Thank goodness I caught it in time! o_O

Another extremely early Very Good Morning to you all & have a Wonderful Day! 😉

I’m going to have breakfast now & watch the latest episode of Beyond Paradise on iPlayer! 😛:D😎

Morning a 6.1 for me after a gentle decline after my correction dose to deal with 2nd round of Pizza effect.
Pressure washing guy did a great job and house is looking better than it has for years ( everyone thinks we are selling but we are going to enjoy it for hopefully many years).
The driveway looks new and the patio looks almost “ bleached” so only pots and plants to move back now under instruction of course.
Weather is nice and w/ end and going out for coffee and cake today and lunch tomorrow as last w/ end before we are more tied up looking after post op dog.
Really interesting trying to work out what is going on in global economy and how it will play out behind the scenes- well I find it fascinating.
Anyway have a great w/ end

Morning all. 🙂 6.1 here.

Aching a bit today after yesterday’s gardening binge. I got loads done! High pollen levels today apparently, so I’ll have a trip to the garden centre and plant some cut n come again salad leaves.

The puppy’s in season, so our walk atm takes in a big enclosed field where she can run off some energy without getting “chatted up” by any male dogs. 😉

Enjoy the weather, folks!

Had lunch about 06:20 & I was eating it in the kitchen, for a change, as it’s not as cold in there now as it was in the winter: I wouldn’t say toasty warm; just not as icy cold as a fridge! I’ve kept on top of things more-or-less, dishes piled up a little bit in the week or so between me calling on the phone for one & the actual physio appointment, since I had the DeclutterDoctor in for 2 sessions of 3 hours each! 🙂 Then, I thought she asked me both times if she could take videos & photos for her facebook page, how my social found her for me, & I wondered if they ended up on there? So, I had a search on FB & there are indeed 3 videos of my kitchen on the FB page:- Before & I felt uncomfortably ashamed of myself as I watched it; During with me practically squirming in embarrassment at the close-ups & After with everything neat, tidy & in its place where I, in italics, felt proud even though SHE did the hard work & not me! 😳o_O:D I must say THAT felt very strange! o_O But, to be fair there’s no mention of who or where AND there were lots of very similar pictures & videos of her other declutter, clean-up jobs! I’m now having a bit of a laugh & giggle about it as I post this! 😉

4.7 for me at 724am.
Have a good day, everyone

Posting a nice, round 5.0 on yet another lovely, sunny Berkshire morning. Not usually that low on waking so I switched hands and did a second test to double-check.

Nothing special on the calendar for today but my wife's planning to pop over to the big M&S in nearby Camberley so I'll most likely go with her and see what they have in the menswear section. Wouldn't be surprised if we also end up popping into Camberley itself.

I managed to put a new picket fence together yesterday but didn't get around to painting it, so that'll be top of my list of jobs for today. Saturday is also a washday. So nice to be able to get things dry on the line again.

Hope everyone has a chance to enjoy this lovely Spring weather.

Morning all. 7.3 after being in the stratosphere at bedtime and giving myself a 1.5 unit correction, I don’t like doing correction late at night but I took the plunge and did it. According to my graph it didn’t start doing down for over three hours! Then hovered all night along the 7/8 line. I never stood a cat in hell’s chance of getting a HS! Ah well, it is what it is.

Lovely pootling day yesterday, got the household admin done, and some silly little jobs I’ve been putting off for weeks but actually only took 10 minutes, like sorting my poufeé out, full of old magazines and rubbish. I also sorted out my old gift bag of old gift bags and wrapping paper, full of scrappy bits of wrapping paper that wouldn’t wrap a single Quality Street never mind a full tub! Now I only have full sheets or rolls of wrapping paper, well, I’ve maybe kept some half decent pieces, I can’t abide waste. Cue having to do it again in a couple of months!

Today will be a quiet morning relaxing, then a bubbly bath, then I’ll dress in my glad rags and we’re off “out, out” to meet six friends in the pub at 3pm, we’ll be home and in our PJs by 9pm, I’m not a party animal like our @PattiEvans!

Have a super, sunny Saturday.

@Robin I’m not keen on Ferraro Roche so I think I’ll just stick to my hard, cold chocolate which like @Martin.A I keep in the fridge, much to Mr Eggy’s disgust.

@rebrascora good luck with your aubergines, you’re a bit late, should have started them in January, we “ grew” them last year, started them in the house early Jan, popped them in the greenhouse in the spring, lovingly tended them, the plants take up a lot of room, and we got three aubergines about 10 cms long! Good for nowt really. We haven’t planted them this year, it’s cheaper and less stressful to just pop to Aldi and buy one when I need it. 😉

And another round 5 here this morning. 🙂

9.4 for me this morning and no idea why but I had my first unicorn in absolutely ages yesterday, which was a relief. Was beginning to think I had forgotten how!

@eggyg Yes, I am well aware that aubergines are far too late, but I had the seed, so thought I might as well give them a chance. I have grown them before once and I did actually get a couple of really decent ones (they were supermarket size) and I was chuffed to bits with them especially as it was first attempt and they seemed so "exotic"! I had planted them out in the garden rather than the poly tunnel so they had plenty of space. Some of these I have sown this week are smaller white ones so I wondered if they might need less "ripening" time if you know what I mean. Our season is probably just too short for them here though.
