Group 7-day waking average?

Well, I took one for the team! I tried out the Nutella pump action dispenser this morning, @Lanny and I have to say, it produces a coil of Nutella not dissimilar in appearance to the poo emoji 😱 ! And it is a bit thinner, and sweeter, it seemed to me, than what we get in the jars back home.
I love chocolate but it has to be hard and cold. I keep thinking maybe I should try Nutella, the family are all addicted. But having read your post I don’t think you’re selling it!

Don’t forget Nutella is a chocolate AND Hazelnut spread, not just choccie.

A 6.5 for me on another nice sunny morning...

8.1 first thing this morning. My sugars have been up and down. Not sure how much is not always eating carefully enough and how much is because my medication has reduced. Or it could be partly stress as still on eyedrops.
Still the days are longer and the sun is shining.

I made the chocolate sauce once when Lidl were selling frozen churros. ISTR it involved dark chocolate, double cream, milk and icing sugar. Very sickly!
I think the sauce would be much nicer without the icing sugar.

4.8 for me any excuse for some JBs lol then 5.1

Good morning folks. Another 7.4 for me this morning.
Congratulations on the HS @freesia and @MikeyBikey . Hope you are feeling a bit better today Mikey.
Lovely photos posted today. Put a smile on my face.
Off to water the pots before it gets too warm. We need to transplant most of it in the garden fairly soon. Then get the laundry out before I dash to Tai Chi.
Have a great Friday everyone.

Morning all and 7.3 for me.

Mmmmm churros. I prefer mine as they are dipped in a cafe cortado.

Picked some Creon up this morning or to be more precise Kreon as it's from Germany and in tubs of 200.

Nice and sunny here and the wind has dropped a bit.

Have a good day everyone.

5.6 this morning, so not much changing from one day to the next right now. For the first time this year my wife and I walked down to Morrisons before breakfast to pick up a newspaper and some bits and pieces, and we didn't need coats on. Not overly sunny yet, though.

Decided yesterday that our picket fence was beyond repair so I've salvaged what I can and have started making a new one and will hopefully get it done, painted and in place before the day's out.

@eggy I also like my chocolate (85% dark) hard and cold, so I keep it in the fridge.

Congratulations @freesia & @MikeyBikey on your HSs today, and good to see you back on the thread @MikeyBikey

Friday, so Big Shop and for the first time in years mostly Tesco. Since our youngest left Sainsbury's we haven't had the benefit of his colleague discount when shopping but we received some Clubcard vouchers for Tesco this week which gives us 10% off if we spend £20, which I'll easily do. He's due to get his Tesco colleague card next month, which means Tesco will become the norm.

Enjoy your Friday.

Afternoon.9.1 for me this morning.Been to foot clinic.Good strong pulses in both feet and felt every time the brush touched me Happy with that . Congratulations to @ Mickey bikey on your Hs today.Get well soon mate .And @ Freesia on your Hs as well Enjoy your day people

I'm joining @freesia and @MikeyBikey on the 5.2 step today on another gorgeous day with lots of warming sun. However, the keen ENE breeze is a touch icy! We slept in this morning and didn't have any breakfast until gone 11 a.m. We have been making plans all morning - I doubt getting out is going to happen though, which is a pity as the promenade will be busy - although I'll try for a ten-minute walk sometime today.

My BP was 118/71, my TiR for the last ninety days is 91%, seven days' is 94% so I'm doing something right.

Going to watch some snooker today.

Afternoon all. It was 5.7 for me this morning. I wasn't going to be having breakfast until after morning stables, just a cup of coffee so I just injected 3 units of Fiasp before I got out of bed for a milky coffee I intended to have and FOTF. 7 mins later after getting dressed and a trip to the bathroom it was 8.1 with a horizontal arrow, which I thought was reasonable and Fiasp would deal with, but 5 mins later it was 9.1 with a vertical upwards arrow!! Not having that so I jabbed another 2 units of Fiasp, had my coffee and headed out to feed and muck out. I only needed I jelly baby and got home about 11am on 5.1. Jabbed 4 units of Fiasp for breakfast and waited and waited for it to come down but it went up slightly to 5.7 after 45mins, so I jabbed another 2 units and had breakfast at lunchtime. 🙄 Just as well I have Libre because I would never manage to "manage" this blooming awkward, contrary condition nearly so well without it!
I got some seeds sown yesterday, so quite excited about that. Courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, squash, pumpkin and sunflower, They are currently basking in the warmth of the back seat of my old Freelander! Can't believe some of you have had rain! It has been absolutely glorious here for over a week, although very cold once the sun goes down, with a bitter north east wind when we have been out driving horses on a night. Not unpleasant for the horses who are working, but when you are sitting up on a carriage, you need to be really well wrapped up! It was warmer driving them out at New Year than it was last night!

Yeah so it’s basically nuts and seeds. So it’s healthy!
