Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. 6.0 and off up to the mountains again in a bit then maybe a banana plantation…

good morning 6.6 today

following the last two manic days at work Im glad to realise I can take my foot off the gas slightly regarding work, and start to wind down ready for the weekend

have a fabulously fantastic friday folks 😉

Good morning 5.2 for me You all have a good day

Morning all, 5.1 here, so close.
The sun was shining on the righteous of Oxfordshire yesterday, but OH and I went to the farmers' superstore over the border in Warwickshire, and on our way, from the top of Edge Hill (as in Civil War Battle of) you could see the mist enveloping the Warwickshire plain, with just some hill tops sticking through. Very beautiful, slightly eerie.

A 4.8 for me this morning. 🙂
And a big :star: to @gail2 for the 5.2.

Dez

5.7 maybe the carby roast veg and bread helped the figure but I am pleased that my eating yesterday didn't put it higher. I've had lidl creamy yoghurt and lidl raspberries. Haven't been there for almost a year. It's in a small town 6 miles south of my large village whereas 10 miles north is the county town.
Due to have blood sugar and blood pressure checked at the doctors today as finished steroids three weeks ago. Looks like BG is reducing.

Morning everyone, a nice round 5.0 for me today. Last nights frost has disappeared so no windows to scrape on the car when I go out.

Have a good day everyone and stay well.
.

After all the excitement earlier in the week with other half and the hospital, I was going down the garden steps and something went pop in my 'good' knee, struggled to put weight on it. I put 2 knee supports on and keeping it straight I can walk with the aid of a stick. I managed to get an emergency appointment with the GP which was a miracle and he has referred for an urgent MRI so goodness how long that will take. It sounds like a ligament issue.

5.7 for me on another bright and sunny Berkshire morning. Had to de-ice my car first thing but by the time our youngest was ready to take his for its MoT today the sun had de-iced it for him.

@Gwynn - pleased to hear your hip's a little better. Mine doesn't bother me any more, so the physio was right - it got better on its own, albeit several weeks after I saw her. Hopefully the same for you.

@gail2 - congratulations on your HS.

@eggyg - lovely family photo. My family is a bit too scattered - Scunthorpe, Bedford and Swansea, with me in Berkshire - for anything like that.

Enjoy Poet's Day.

Morning! A Len special 7.0 (or not so special really) Went out last night for couple of beers with guys from church! Good chat but I am not really a beer drinker, my body seems to confirm that!

6.2 this morning for me.

Congratulations @gail2 on your HS and a Bungalow Special for @MikeyBikey (4.2)

Had a lovely day shopping yesterday after the dental hygienist, staying in today for some deliveries and taking the opportunity to get a bit of housework done.

Have a good day everyone!

I woke up at 6.3 this morning after rising quite early (for me). As is my won't/need, I completed yet more spreadsheets.

I tried to go for a short walk when my support arrived, but, only got a matter of ten's of yards, instead of hundreds due to sharp pains emitting from my right ankle, (It's been rubbing against 'new shoes') recently.

Afternoon all - forgot to post earlier. It's wet and dreary today.

7.3 again this morning... sigh, huff... and it's now... wait for it! 17.3 !!! Arghhh... we had some Tortellini with a tomato sauce and a sprinkling of Parmesan for lunch. It was a very small portion and I bolussed correctly for the carbs and then didn't eat it all, so I don't get it! Correction here I come!

We are putting up the Christmas decorations today, all except the tree which will be done on Sunday. No lights on until 1 Dec tho'. We don't like doing it so early but today is the only day it really fits in with our timetable.

@Leadinglights ouch, your knee sounds painful! Hope you can find the cause and get it fixed.

@Grannylorraine sorry to hear you are still suffering.

Congrats to @gail2 on your HS

And last but not least - Lovely photo @eggyg.

Have a good one all...
