Group 7-day waking average?

Morning a 6.1 and went low ( only 4.4) just after getting into bed but 3 Dextrose kept me out of red for rest of night.
Pleased it is Friday and looking forward to w/ end and hope you all are.
Going to grab another hour as up early with the4 legged children.
 
Good morning all. 5.7.

After yesterday’s foggy day, it was a right pea souper, it appears to be clearer this morning, albeit damp and mild. I’m looking forward to next week’s frosty but sunny days, much prefer that than what we’ve been having.

Busy few days ahead, today is domestic stuff, tomorrow we’re going out out, surprise 40th birthday. It’s out of town quite a bit, six of us going from this end of the county, north to the west, £2 bus at 4.30pm, takes over an hour and we still need a lift to get to the venue, then I’ve pulled in a favour from my ex taxi driver son in law who’s asked his friend to pick us up at midnight, mates rates of course. It’ll be a long day and I can’t say I’m looking forward to it, but it’s once in a blue moon and it’ll be nice to see some old friends. I’ll be good for nowt on Sunday!

Good morning everyone. 7'2.

My BG stayed on the 9s basically for the 10 hours I was at work. I got it down to 5 via an hour long walk, but it shot up after dinner again. I'm sure walking after eating would help but I don't usually feel like it at night, especially now that's colder :(

My landlord said he would send someone to check the fridge yesterday but so far no news.

Had a good old catch-up with my friend yesterday. Today it’s lesson planning then drive to Swansea to stay the night at my mum’s. Was supposed to be going out on Saturday with my bezzie but she’s blimmin’ useless when it comes to planning stuff - says ‘yes’ before checking her diary, then says ‘no’ at the last minute! Whatevs, it gives me more time to help mum do her shopping and if the weather’s nice there’s a fab beach café we can go to for a coffee. It’s all good!
 
Good morning everyone

BG a 5.3 totally acceptable

Yesterdays lunch with the Pastor, at a local posh restaurant, was really good. We had a nice chat about the church and it's future direction, and, well, all sorts really. Anyway, the menu was definitely upper class! As were the prices! I settled on plain old fish and chips and it was the best F&C I have ever eaten!

Wife was happy yesterday.

Went to bed late only for me to spring out of bed 30 minutes later, switch on all my sound gear, keyboard, computer, and to write down the bare bones of a new song. I had to do it there and then as I would have forgotten it by morning!

Today I will have a look at the song, do a bit of tidying up too (I can be a bit messy). Hopefully there will be a walk with my friend this afternoon too.

I can’t manage a hs so a 5.5 will have to do for me today and it’s back to the grey mornings again.

5.2 this morning waiting for the repair man to come and look at our washing machine its only 5 months old and has water dripping from the from of the door its taken over a week to get a engineer to come, first they wanted pictures and a video of it dripping, eventually got an appointment for today between now and 1pm. another tip run once he been and sorted it out, loving the new tumble dryer especially the none iron setting. have a good day everyone.
 
5.7 for me on another grey morning with no blue sky or sunshine. Another wasted trip to Morrisons for strawberries first thing as they hadn't got round to restocking the soft fruit aisle yet again, so breakfast was a mix of raspberries & blueberries with a little chopped apple and honeydew melon. Added a couple of spoonfuls of my wife's homemade granola for a change. Filling, I have to say.

Got some good news and bad news from my sister yesterday. The good news is that hubby is over his pneumonia and is out of hospital and back home. The bad news is that she's been diagnosed with sciatica. Poor girl has mobility issues anyway so she didn't need that on top. They're going to do an MRI to make sure it's nothing else.

Friday is Big Shop day, so that'll be Waitrose, Sainsbury's and the garden centre greengrocer taking up a chunk of the day. In the meantime it's time to relax with a coffee and the newspaper.

@Pam123 - congratulations on your HS today.
