Group 7-day waking average?

Hi, late today. 6.9 this morning, bloods have been running a little on the higher side since yesterday afternoon.
Feeling a bit sorry for myself this afternoon, not enjoying the long hours at work and wishing I had the time and money to go see my friends and family more often. Oh well.

11.6

Did a pasta experiment (half portion for dinner) but fell asleep before I could test. FBG today suggests it should go back off the menu for me. Not a great loss, it's the first time I've had any in the two months of testing.
I'm not sure you can conclude that unless you tested 2 hours after you ate it. 12 Plus hours later isn't going to indicate much as other things could influence the reading.

I can't be 100% certain it was the pasta, no, but it's not encouraging me to eat more pasta, and even this flawed result can be used to get my point across to less knowledgeable family members that I have good reason to avoid pasta...

Something caused a higher than usual FBG, and avoiding pasta isn't much of a sacrifice for me, so I hope it was the pasta and not something I can't influence. If I can stay awake for 2 hours after the next time I eat pasta I'll test again.
