Before Tea/Evening Meal

Take your pick .

3.9 on one finger, must be all that running about. 4.2 on a different one. I will go for an average of 4.0. Oddly enough I don’t recall ever going as low as 3.9.

Wishing you all have a lovely evening

9mmol which is usual for me in the evening
(on ozempic for past 18 months)
Tbh I m worried seeing so many ppl having low , non-diabetic range readings.
How is it possible?!

Welcome to the forum.
You need to be careful about comparing yourself to other people as everybody is individual as to how they manage their condition and many are taking a variety of medications and following different dietary approaches with varying degrees of success. Many do have years of experience of tweaking what they do.
Maybe you will find some hints are that will help you with your diet.
Are you taking any other medication and your reading of 9 mmol/l will reflect what you are having for your meal. When did you test in relation to eating as if less than 2 hours may not be too bad.
What was your latest HbA1C and has it shown improvement since taking the ozempic.

And it was a 5.7 for me pre-dinner this fine sunny evening...

Evening 5.0 on the nose this evening, Ok so not on the nose, on the Libra actually  I was expected a slightly lower one tonight
as haven’t really eaten much today (stress related work stuff) but I’m ok with what’s going on there

@Dinet welcome to the forum
as @Leadinglights commented we all manage our conditions differently, and not everyday are we any of us in range

take me for example
on finding the forum (a few years ago) my HbA1c was pretty much double what it actually is today
hope you stick around TC

I was 6.1, but I did have a Wagamama earlier on. A full on carb-y one.

Just looked this up. Japanese cuisine? I sat at a sushi bar once watching stuff go by on a conveyor belt. Just trying to eyeball the carbs & working out a pre bolus whilst waiting for my “case” to come around again on the flight carousel. Like the “Generation game” prize bit at the end of the show?

Ha, that's a novel idea for a restaurant. You get shown the food and have to remember what went past to get it?

Yes, it's Japanese 'inspired' (With some Korean influence in some dishes.)
They don't do sushi and there's no conveyor belts.
I had a massive plate of noodles with prawns and chicken. It was amazing!

A bit late, but it was a 6.7 for me before dinner this fine evening.

Might have had a little ‘blood result stress induced’ treat or two today so was too scared to look!
Back at it tomorrow, I’ve got Pre-D to vanquish! 😎

Friday evening 5.3
Looking forward to the weekend

The conveyor belt's on a continuous loop (like an airport baggage carousel), so you get a second chance. Also, they usually have lots of plates of each dish - and you can always order from the menu anyway. Yo Sushi is a reasonably-priced way to try it.
