Before Tea/Evening Meal

tonight 5.7 just about to have my Soup (that I should’ve eaten at lunch time)

6.6 (Get Your Kicks) tonight
after a day in good control, even spotted a HS momentarily @lunch time

An 8.8 again today after a slightly more erratic day. For some reason I hit ~12 mid-morning then had my lunch delayed by a delivery going borderline hypo. Oh well, at least I am half-way through the antibiotics. I think they may be working (fingers-crossed emoji) but the muggy head is frustrating! :(

4.9 for me, which was a surprise as I'd been out for lunch and had a Thai meal and ate all the carbs,
And it was delicious.

4.7 for me.

A late post as having a frustrating time. BG was 7.1. I ways check pockets in shorts, jeans. jogging bottoms, etc., before they go in the wash but somehow missed a tissue this afternoon. I am busy picking little white pieces off everything! :(

Try using a rough towel & rub/dust the area off? Works quite well for me with the pockets inside out. (Dusts it out the seams.)

6.5 after a decent run and a stint clearimg the garage so I could get the boxing bag back up.

I'll be using that plenty - great for core strength which is something I neglect as a runner way more than I should.

Hopefully the boy will get plenty of use too. Great to see her really wants to get into better shape. He was a very skinny ginger child but then when covid hit he lost a lot of confidence in going outside etc and with other mental health issues he's suffered a bit. It's really hard to balance pushing him to be more active and healthy and going in to strong and either putting him off or giving him a complex that may lead to eating disorders.

‘twas was a low one tonight 4.1

Tonight a 7.1, Happy with that as the early breakfast lead to a lunchtime hypo.

There is a new Lunchtime thread to see the effect of that naughty bacon sandwich!

Tonight 5.9

following yesterdays lower (before tea reading) I took a reduced Insulin dosage
was OK overnight & today

6.5 tonight before Larry's famous carb free spag bol. We've just bought a rowing machine so I had a go on that. Didn't manage long but I'm hoping to build it up gradually.

Still flarey and getting fed up.

Dexcom One+ - 6.8 (utterly in love with it!!!)
Finger jabber - 6.2
