Before Tea/Evening Meal

5.1 for me

And it’s a 6.8 for me this wet and windy evening.

To scared to put it down, went out for lunch with my brother and was very naughty having had a good lunch of Chilli con carne and rice, pud was Banoff pie 😡
No one will judge you here.
I’ve been naughty a few times.
A good walk usually gets it back to normal.

7.0 for me after a stressful day at work and a sneaky bit of chocolate brownie

A very good 5.6 which was my original consultant's perfection (100mg/dL). I expected higher as because of the food avoidance necessary with the antibiotic. I thought I had overtreated a hypo earlier. Last of the antibiotics later this evening. Just hoping the moggy head clears as quickly as they brought it on? (fingers crossed emoji)

Was 5.4 before evening meal tonight
managed to a to see a GP this afternoon following eczema flare up (on my hands)
I’m Mr Itchy tonight 😱

Oh no! A whopping 14.4 for me this evening, that's the highest it's ever been so it's
no more donuts for me with my afternoon tea.

A not so good 9.1! The muggy head has started to recede after finishing the antibiotics yesterday but in trying to catch up I developed a migraine, and needed to take 2 x Paracetamol and take to my bed. While I slept for a couple of hours my BG crept up (lack of activity?).

after a high wake up reading this morning was pleased to see 5.3 this evening
It’s been a stressful day at work today & couldn’t eat any lunch
Im still overweight but no-longer obese

7.2 around tea time - but...

I've noticed my Dexcom One+ seems to run about +1 compared to my finger jabber (Sinocare) is this a thing?
Which do I go with, or does it really matter?

Also, I've experimented a bit today.
Crisps for the first time in a month and all good +2hrs so I'm a very happy bunny!

Hi Quill you can calibrate the Dexcom one+ Go to the plus sign at top of screen and then click Blood glucose . On next screen check calibration and it will adjust.
