And mine today was a 7.1 Pre-dinner.

It's an 8.7 for me this fine evening, black clouds are looming on the horizon so I guess
we will be in for some rain soon.

5.5 tonight
I've been good all day today, but just had some TakeAway (not low carb)
 
A disastrous 13 6! Think the adrenaline caused a massive liver dump as I ranted and raved as Patient Transport failed to get me to appointment three years in the making!

And it’s a 6.2 for me this evening.

After a 7.7 this morning an 8.1 this evening. During the day went between 3 and 10 as I expected to be back for lunch but had a long wait for transport bavk. Having forgotten my packed lunch it became JBs and Kit-Kat! :(
 
5.5 today, BS dropped down to 4.1 earlier when we were shopping in Lidl so took advantage of a free chocolate cronut that I had a coupon for
