Before Tea/Evening Meal

It was a 6.3 for me this fine evening, it must have been the exercise walking around the
supermarkets this afternoon that made it low.

8.2 tonight. Yep, my brother in law is a club biker. (Builds custom bikes.) He took a hiatus of 25 years? with family commitments after a biker wedding. It seems although there are still members still about who know him. He still has to go through the whole “initiation thing” again?

It's a 4.6 for me tonight and it's still damp outside from last night's rain.

5.8 for me, although I had been eating stuff all afternoon. I'm usually very good and don't eat at all after lunch.

Evening all, a whopping 9.4 for me today, that will teach me to eat chocolate biscuits!!

After waking and pre-lunch HS (5.2) up a bit at 6.7! Pleased as profile of porcine insulin is awkward but Lib re not reliable enough to risk the other (I lose hypo awareness with them).
 
Bit of a high one tonight 9.8 (after chips and a star bar this afternoon)
following a hard day at work today

low carb evening meal tonight I think
looking forward to the weekend but still tomorrow to go
