If pea pasta is sending you a bit too high then try edamame bean or black bean pasta as it is lower in carbs than wheat or pea or lentil pasta.So I was 5.7 before I ate this evening about 18:20 and now at 8.6 and expect to go higher still. My meal was Pea Pasta and turkey meatballs plus some mozzarela and a bit of breach (Greek yoghurt and Almond flour). Only second meal of the day and up until I ate, my level has been around about 6 most of the time.
