Before Tea/Evening Meal

And it was a 6.2 for me this fine but chilly evening.

Evening all, a 4.4 for me on this fine but cloudy grey day.

Evening all, A happy 6.1 for me on a very chilly day, had to get the fan heater out
of storage for a bit of a warm-up.

Today 6.4, yesterday didn’t post at Tea Time but was 7, today a much better day with my levels under good control, Ive been reduced insulin dosage, on advice of my GP but yesterday evening and this morning, upped it back to what I was taking before the weekend.
just got back home from eye clinic appointment, a routine appointment for a scan following the treatment I had a fortnight ago, next visit there will be in 6 weeks time.
