How are you all finding the food situation, are you stil managing to find anything healthy and low carb?I have a small chest freezer so haven't got the scope to hoard too much food, and I have to provide for my bedbound mum and son when he's here,I have chicken and vegetables and home made curries and loads of other stuff, but it wont last all that long.
So the next thing is long life foods and finding anything low carb I have tins of corned beef, tuna and I'm not supposed to have them but I have about 50 tins of baked beans as my mum and son like them and they are cheap and easy although full of carbs but if needs must I will eat them,I just hope I can get to the shop and still get eggs and milk for mums porridge on a regular basis but I have no idea if I will be locked down with mum and will I be able to get a home delivery. My mum is 81 and is bedbound with dementia so I'm worried about her,and we have 8 carers visiting each day so the virus could come to my home easily
I hope you're all ok
