Good luck! Hope all goes well for you.
Thank you xxGood luck! Hope all goes well for you.
Thank you wasn't as bad as I thought need A bit off work but not too mWell done for going!. You have put me to shame, although without an appointment I can continue to procrastinate. If I had an appointment already made I would go.
Hope it all went smoothly and they were supportive rather than being disparaging. Really it reflects badly on them and their professionalism, if they make you feel bad. It is the same with diabetes nurses. Their job is to be supportive and encouraging of you to look after your health, not critical.
Let us know how you got on, when you are able.

Thank you xxJust take it one step at a time and remember today wasn't as bad as you feared it would be, so hopefully Monday won't be too bad either.
Thank you for replying sadly there not allowed because it's at work the preschool I'm being observed in xDo you have a friend or family member who could be with you for the assessor visit to give you a bit of moral support.
You will be fine. You mentioned that you always receive constructive criticism from your assessor, which is part of the process.I'm so scared that my tutor is coming Monday first thingxx
Thank you so much that's a good idea xxYou will be fine. You mentioned that you always receive constructive criticism from your assessor, which is part of the process.
Maybe take a little bit of control and tell the assessor that you appreciate the constructive criticism, BUT you would like the review to end on a positive note. Can they finish by telling you something they thought you did well.
Thank you so much scared for tonmorow don't think I will be able to sleep xGlad the dentist appointment went well @corriefan
All the best for the observation on Monday, hope the kids are in a quiet and happy mood and respond well to you.
Thank you so much scared for tonmorow don't think I will be able to sleep x
Definitely! Criticism is only 'constructive' if it's helpful - and why would any of us want 'destructive' criticism?!You will be fine. You mentioned that you always receive constructive criticism from your assessor, which is part of the process.

Thank you so much xxI’m sure you’ll do brilliantly!
True so scared xxDefinitely! Criticism is only 'constructive' if it's helpful - and why would any of us want 'destructive' criticism?!
In fact, I think 'constructive feedback' is even better, implying a mixture of negatives and positives, rather than just criticism.
I'm sure they are not there to trip you up but give a fair assessment of your capabilities. Remember it is their responsibility to make sure your performance is what it should be and the children are safe in your care.True so scared xx
