Group 7-day waking average?

Morning folks. A lie in and a 6.1. We did have a late night as we watched a film, it was that late I changed back into a pumpkin! 😉

Busy ( ish) day. Having family visiting tomorrow from Leeds, so a quick tidy up required. Bread to be baked, two loaves, ironing to be done and our Saturday Greek night to be prepped. Hummus already made, just tzatziki, lamb kebabs and pittas to be made. Luckily I managed to get a cucumber in Aldi yesterday, I was worried, the tzatziki is the best bit according to Mr Eggy.

Have a super Saturday. 🙂

3.9 this morning. My fault as dinner went AWOL last night due to an ad hoc visit to my daughter. But it was well worth it, the hugs we got from the grandchildren when we arrived, playing card games together, even having my nails painted by my granddaughter .

Only managed to grab a Starbucks brownie on the way home but probably was a bit over zealous in bolusing the full amount of carbs for that given I was down to 4.5 by that time. Still, discovered the fast rise and then fast drop alarms on Shuggah!

Lazy day planned for today, maybe a trip out somewhere into the Cotswolds this afternoon, although it is very grey and miserable looking here.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Morning all. 🙂 6.5 here.

I was out at a Côr y Dysgwyr (Welsh learners’ choir) event last night. We were singing, the pub-goers were drinking (and eventually singing, we wore them down 😉 ) and money was raised for a cancer support charity run by a lovely lady in honour of her son. For the finale, the whole pub stood up and sang Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau (the Welsh National anthem) - so, just a usual Friday night in West Wales. 😉
Fantastic, I love the sound of a Welsh choir. I would have probably cried. I’m soppy. 🙄

Good morning - 4.8

Good morning everyone. 5'4 today.

Last night wasn't the peaceful rest I hoped for before my mini holiday. Went to sleep later than planned, as usual, then was rudely woken up 3 times. The first by a housemate and his friend having a heated argument at 01:25. Then a low alarm at 5 am, I hit it with a single JB and got a second alarm an hour or so later. The previous JB made me a bit nauseous and didn't want to eat more if it was not essential, so I double checked with my meter and was 5'3. I turned off the alarm for the little time I had left in bed.

I'm now well installed in my train seat and I don't have to do any changes until my destination, so will set an alarm and try a little nap in the way.

Have a lovely weekend 🙂

I was 6.8 many hours ago. Crashed out very early last night (forced to by stupid body being stupid and tired 🙄 ) so been up for hours 🙂
Been into town and had a good walk about so feel like I've actually done something today and its only 10am 😱.

Hope you all have a good weekend x

@rebrascora great TIR stats. Well done!

@eggyg we are all your diabetes family, we'll be up later so make sure there's plenty of food made.

@khskel congrats on the early HS

Well, I have rearranged the bricks (thank you @ColinUK ) but seem to have somehow included my wife into it all. It all looks good but it's a bit cold inside.

Morning all and it's another..... yes, you got it....GREY DAY!

A surprising 5.9 this morning with a flat line. The 5.9 is surprising because I was over 15 most of yesterday afternoon after lunch in the pub. I chose a Jerusalem artichoke risotto (mistake no 1) and it was disappointingy small, so I pinched a fair portion of hubby's chips (mistake no 2). Instead of going for a walk afterwards my friend came back to our house and we watched a French film DVD(mistake no 3). It was very funny but I slept through most of it on the sofa! I was still 11+ much later.

Went to bed around 11pm and was awake at 4 am worrying about whether to resign from the PPG as I am not working well with the new Chair, who I think is a bully. So at 5 am I got a cup of tea and read for a bit before getting back to sleep around 6 am. Hence my surprise at the flat line.
Oh and I heard back from work yesterday asking for their Chromebook back. So that’s that.
Not even a hint of admission that they dropped the ball on communication with me which peeved me a little.
It should and you have fair grounds for unfair dismissal but it's a very hard and upsetting process so probably best left alone by you at this time.

Did anyone get a bona-fide HS today? I is confused!

Have a good day all and @eggyg do enjoy your Greek night! Something I could do with at the mo as it would remind me of our summer holidays in our special place, Paleokastritsa, and sunshine.
