Wordle - Quordle Thread

Was going very well but late options in Octordle got in the way of a top notch score. Pretty good anyway with a 2 on Wordle, a 5, 3, 6, 4 for 18 on Quordle, and an Octordle 57 for a total of 77.

Not a bad result for me considering my first and second words in each puzzle gave me very little to go on and I had to really dig deep into my grey matter to make progress...

Looks like I am first today! My run of decent Wordles continued (3, 4, 3) but my starter words were not so helpful on Quordle and Octordle so the end result was average at best!

Did better on Octordle today, for me, thought I was on for a straight run, but was one letter out on a couple of guesses half way through.

Disaster for me. Am I right in thinking that we have had the same answer two days running or was it perhaps in the Quordle chill or extreme yesterday and then Quordle today. Anyway, I assumed it must be one of the other options rather than the same word 2 days running so I avoided that choice and used up lives on other options and of course ran out of lives. I was also hypo at the time which didn't help my focus.

Think you might be right, but can't remember for sure.

Today it was a Wordle 4 for me, then 4, 8, 3, 6 for 21 on Quordle, and a 52 on Octordle. Overall total of 77.

Very much a mixed bag, luck-wise, this morning gives me a pretty mediocre result (6+15+69=90).

Pretty good day for me today. My starting word definitely helped in Octordle as it gave me the same key consonant in 5 out of the 8 words.

Just snuck ahead of @rebrascora after almost coming a cropper on Wordle. 4, 6, 5, 3 for 18 on Quordle, a 52 on Octordle, and a Wordle 6 with all those pesky options. Total of 76.

Not my best day. One of those where nothing seemed to help at giving clues on other words leaving too many options. A 4 on Wordle, then 8, 3, 4, 6 for 21 on Quordle, and a 64 Octordle. Total of 89.

I failed Wordle! Haven’t done that for ages. We play hard mode as a family, so got into the loop of first three letters correct at go 3, and enough possible words with the remaining consonants to be able to pick three more incorrect words.
