Thinking about traditional Sunday lunches and diabetic restrictions, I got to wondering what people have for lunch on a Sunday.
I find I can tolerate the Yorkshires and a few roasties very well but today I'm doing mince and crispy dumplings. It gives me less of a hike than a white bread sandwich I find.
Apologies if this should be in a different section but I wondered if diabetes has affected Sunday dining traditions for people (if you had any to start with of course).
