Well it turns out my doctor's are no longer interested and even tryed to say I should be speaking about all this my diabetes team o did try to explain in they only specialist in daibwtoes and not the other conditions in that area(in their words) I wonder if they be more inclined to do more if I wasn't diabetic as they wouldn't be able to blame it on that. Turns out that they hadn't even heard of exronie infitaufufy or the tests to rule it out. I have got another appointment with the gastonokust consultant next Friday but thaf night not be his area either.

In fact when I inquirered about this they were like "Well yes your pancus produces insulin doesn't it"(almost like in way like they were thinking "well of course your pancreas isn't is insufficitc it's not making insulin" I do have to laugh at that a bit). Em yeah other then them both being functions of pancreas it's completely different (I can't seem post emjoes using my phone they also seem to diaper but it would be a rolls eyes
well just found out they requausted a test for exronie pancreatic insufficiently which i asked for(they hadn't heard of it before as i said) so i'll be able to rule that, but after that they i belive they wont do anything else. but a bit fealing a bit more postive then yesterday now i know they going to test for it(perherps thats part of the issue the underlying probelem could something they hadn't heard of so they havent looked) i wasn't saying it was it i was just asking for test to rule it out.

I know it is easy to imagine all sorts of thing when you google and look at websites for symptoms but this site covers all different gut issues but is very positive about treatment options so you may find it useful. www.gutscharity.org.uk.
That is not to say you shouldn't take your medics advice etc, but it may be reassuring.
My other half has been diagnosed with a perforated bowel and when we looked it up all the mentioned symptoms were exactly what he had. He dodged a bullet by going to A&E.
I'm only going off the NHS website or what people or what people have said with certain conditions to get looked at. My doctor's have officially stated they wont do anything else after this test.
Well last test came back normal Im seeing my consultant again but feel like it's going to get put down to IBS but I can tell there's more to it(and it's not in had) maybe I should try look into insulin intorlance thing that was mentioned earlier on but don't think there's anyway to priove that.

There are so many of these various gut disorders and they don't always manifest themselves in the same way in different people so very hard to diagnose.
You seem to have been down so many routes with no certain outcome which is frustrating if nothing else.
You need House on the case, don't know if you remember that series on TV with Hugh Laurie as the doctor House who could solve many mysterious and obscure illnesses.
No I don't but only 30. When did it was it on?. Someone has mentioned BAM(bile acid malabtion) to me

Between 2004 and 2012. Ficton, of course.
Didn't feel as quite so listening to this he did recultleming agree to do test for the BAM. But he seems be concluding that there's nothing wrong and was mostly interested in the fact the endiospocy and colonspocy didn't show up. He did try to put down to anxiety (I wish doctors didn't do that and tryed I can tell when it is when it's not. It's hard when doctors blame things on your preexisting conditions when you know there's more) I didn't get to say everything I wanted. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong area and it's a problem somewhere else in my body which Is causing some symptoms in the stomach.

Not everything can be labelled. I do understand how it feels to not know what’s going on, I’ve been going through it myself with being unwell and struggling to work since Christmas and am awaiting a diagnosis of M.E which basically means “we can’t find anything wrong with you but you say you feel rubbish still”. I’ve accepted that now and am focusing on finding a routine that means I can work and cope with life as best I can, albeit eith whatever compromises I need to make.
It sounds though, like you’re still in the ‘very focused on trying to get a diagnosis’ stage. Sometimes you just need to accept it is what it is, a cause can’t be found, or there’s a vague diagnosis like IBS, and just move on with your life, focusing on making the best of what you can.

I know this is going sound strange I'm only not giving up and "accepting what is" because I generally tell my body Is telling me there's move too it then that. Epasilly as it just progresses I know my when my body is trying to tell me things.
I just know it wouldn't be the right thing to do to just give up and finding the awser epasilly as it just gets worse and and worse. I can tell they's differently something very wrong.

You have mentioned quite a lot of tests that you have had but have you had either an MRI or CT scans. I ask as my otherhalf has had both those in connection with investigation of gastric issues.
But please don't take this as ignoreing your advice that's not want but giving up and just accepting things when things are getting worst I feel would be ignoring my body(epasilly when I've similar experiences In the past)
No I haven't had those scans I was going to try and ask about a CT scan today but didn't get a chance to u don't think he would you agreed though had utlrasound though back in may but not CT or MRI scan. I know some people think I could soulf just expect it but with hoe bad it gets some times and it's getting worse and more and more symptoms cope up I can. Just tell there's more to it the. IBS especially with certain symptoms. There's other synthetic as well as the stomach issues coping up(that may sound wired but can tell mg body's saying "hey theres something very wrong here" I feel as bad and in some ways very similar to last year(expect it's not that)). It's the fect I need to "get on with my life I pearsearing so much"(
I know I started this thread almost a year ago. But I just found the results of some recent tests I've and apparently a CT shows a slightly atrophic pancreas (which means damaged apparently) I don't what I've done to my pancreas but it's clearly has something against me 🙂. They it say in the letter unlikely to be sufficient but if it does turn out to be thats been causing the problems all this time I have to laugh about it being pancreas related
