But you asked about sectioning - I don’t know the answer but if you think more support would help you, you could ask about being voluntarily admitted to hospital. Did 111 help at all last night?

With your Toujeo today, try to get hold of your diabetes team if you can so they can confirm when you should have your next dose.

Don’t hate life. That’s your MH talking. Once you get that sorted out a bit, you should find things a little easier.
 
Hope you managed to get some rest @Misunderstood and that you are able to get hold of someone from your diabetes team today to clarify what to do about your next dose.

My suspicion would be that it’s long enough after your larger dose now for that to be having little effect - but it would be good to get qualified advice.
