I have amazing news. My Hba1c result is back already and I am now in the normal non-diabetic range!
In 159 days I have gone from 60 to 41.
The relief is immense. But the work on my health does not stop here. I will continue to lose weight and stay in the normal range. Not sure what will happen to my meds yet. But I know that you have to be in the normal range for 6 months without meds to be considered in remission.
But for now, I can rest easier knowing that my blood sugar isn’t causing further damage to my body.
Change is possible!
