The thing is Beccy, that whatever is wrong with your organs, worrying about it will not help and actually, stress can make things worse with lots of health issues including diabetes, so try to think of good thoughts instead of worrying about those things (not easy I know) because, until you know more and the doctors have figured out what to do, you can't change that. Try to focus on the things you enjoy doing and distract yourself with those as much as you can. Things like your animals and planning which places you would like to visit and things you would like to see and do.
