That is a great reading. Well done!

That’s a great level @francisalison45 - well done!

I’m a bit worried about you taking cocodamol so regularly and at the full dose - as you know, they are addictive, and while I understand that they keep you going, and why you have found a way to ‘work around’ the restrictions you faced I am not sure it’s a great idea to take them like that long term - and the longer it goes on, the harder it is to stop :(

sorry to hear about your Dad :(

I understand that. But they put me to sleep too that’s why l take them.

If that's 2 hours after your corned beef and cauli mash then well done. It shows what a low carb meal can do.

I too have concerns about your use of cocodamol. Codeine is an opiod and it's easy to become addicted, but cocodamol also contains paracetemol, and overdosing on paracetemol is one of the leading causes of liver damage. Your liver is a major player in terms of BG. For your own sake, please ensure you don't exceed the maximum 4 doses per day.

No l don’t. I’m 3.9 this morning is that low

After reading through all the comments I'd highly suggest getting in touch with a GP and asking for help not just for your pre diabetes but your mental health too, it sounds like you need some counceling to try and move forward, I struggle greatly with my mental health but won't see about it as I don't want to rely on even more medication just to get me through, best of luck
xx

That is up to you , if it is helping you finding what is ok for you to eat or not. They are not the most expensive either . It is also unlikely your Doctor will prescribe them either.
