Hi Samana

Yes, the refund is brilliant news! I keep forgetting about it then think WOO HOO! I was all fired up to fight the bank, but no need which is pleasing.

Thank you for your kind words RE my brother in law. There is so much to do! We keep thinking of other things. She spoke to the coroner and these days they scan the body using MRI to try and determine the cause of death. If they can, there is no post mortem, which is best for everyone.

T shirts all sorted. £6.00 for two from Asda so I bought 4. Brill!

Blimey. This bloke is still chasing you? It's a bit weird. I'd block him on WhatsApp and he might get the message.

The girl next door sounds a pain. You can buy blow pipes and darts from eBay. When she goes out in the garden, just tranquilize her. That will slow here down lol. Maybe another quiet word with the parents?

Happy Birthday! Have fun in Yorkshire.

I don't blame you for being wound up. It would do the same to me. Vent as much as you like!

Yes I did shower before Asda, then put my smelly old T shirt on lol. I do take showers regularly. Every single month 🙂

My sister is doing the washing for me so I won't run out again. OK enough on my personal hygiene 🙂

Anyway, have fun and chat soon 🙂

Cheers

Hi Samana

I hope you're OK. Things are moving along here. My sister and niece are going to the co-op Tuesday morning to arrange the funeral. Then we should have a date which will be good as everyone is asking about it. Then in the afternoon I'm off to my daughters' to spend the night and off back home on Weds morning. I've managed to connect my phone to the car entertainment system, so can listen to some decent music on the way back which will take some of the boredom of the journey out of it.

Anyway, that's it, hope your shoulders are continuing to recover and that you therapy is helping.

Keep Smilin' and Hi to hubby 🙂

Cheers Steve X

Hi Steve,

So pleased for your daughter with the refund. Yes, and it saved you fighting them. So much less work for you.

How are things going with your sister? How are you doing? It is less traumatic that they can do an MRI to decide the cause of death. They can decifer a lot from an MRI. Let me know how things are going.

Good you are staying fresh for £12 worth every penny hahaha, just joking of course. Glad you're sorted. You did have to leave in a rush.

Yes, this bloke is really persistent and he sent me a birthday card which was very 'special' and strangely it was exactly the same as a very close friend had sent who has known me for decades! I'm in the process of detaching from him and told my therapist I would like some help with this. For now I'm messaging less and moving away from the group members too, it's all in process. I have real difficulties with this due to life experiences, think you will understand but great to get your perspective.

Yes, the girl next door is a pain... I heard her grandfather say to her in the street as they were passing as I had my windows open to 'stop shouting as people might be in bed' this was 3pm yesterday. The guy who he doesn't get on with the other side of him does do night shifts but he was passing my house so felt it might be after I knocked on their door and have since knocked the floor heavily by their wall plus told him my health has deteriorated and need more rest that he might have done that, but who knows. It's not too bad at the moment. So I'm grateful for that and turning my energy elsewhere when I can. Yes I could happily get blow pipes hahaha. It's the grandparents that live next door she seems to stay 3-4 nights a week as her mum is a single parent and works in a bar in town I think still.

Thank you for your birthday wishes. We had a really beautiful time. We got back late Sunday. Found lots of lovely quiet places to visit. Such a beautiful part of the country.

Thanks for the opportunity to vent hahaha. I had my 4th session of therapy today and started to move towards starting getting into the heavier stuff. Very emotional but all good to be starting this now, she is very gentle, although last week she mentioned about menopause affecting things too, which I don't think that is relevant.

Can you share any tips to how you lost your weight, I have put it on but been on steroids and not able to exercise much isn't helping but any tips I can do would be really helpful, thanks.

Good your sister is doing your washing, You have some changes to keep you going now.

Thinking of you, hope things are going as well as they can for you all.

Wishing you all the very best

Samana x
