Hi everyone.
Ive got this week off work and its so lovely to be able to stroll around the fields with my dog.Usually she gets a very rushed walk..sometimes in the dark.Bless her.
This is the only exercise I do I must admit. as there aren't enough hours in the day and I hate exercise!.When the nurse was assessing me on my last visit...she was asking lots of questions about my lifestyle and how active I am.Then after typing it all into the computer she said 'oh that's not too bad...you got moderate'. I was thinking ooo that's good. Then she said 'oh hang on, moderately inactive'. Tut!! 🙄
