Sadly, northerner, my husband DID see this. He has decided it will make a great wedding anniversary present. Could be the last one....😱

AJ you are in inspiration and I do admire your determination.I need some of that.
The pedometer is a great idea.Funnily enough I was looking at them the other day as my sister suggested one.She said the same as you,once you start counting steps,you will want to do more and more to beat the day before.Also this appeals to my competitive streak as id like to do more steps a day than she does 😉

I also bought a pedometer and lost it down the toilet whilst out eating cake after my miniscule walk, I took that to be a sign, I hate exercise as well Fluffy Jo and I also hate the treadmill I mistakenly bought, must have confused it with a hanging rail and shelf :D Though it is a very good shelf !
