Hello

Day seven on the meds today and don't feel great, don't mean mentally I mean physically. Headache, the back of my neck feels hot, and my joints are aching more than normal, quite a bit more, today first time I felt tired in seven days, the constant weeing has stopped thank good and the weight lose seems to have peaked as the nurse said.

Is this normal?

Had my biggest keeping active day yesterday, now you know I've got mobility issues so this was really a tough day for me.

Got a train from Kent to London and had to stand in one spot for the half hour journey all the way. From being dropped off at the station I had been walking or standing for three hours, watched the football then a big walk from the stadium to the train station again the half hour home standing all the way again

Really did take a lot out of me but felt great when I sat down last night 🙂
