I just went to one for the first time in living memory!
Nothing too ridiculous but 15 mins treadmill, 10 on the x-trainer and then some very low weight chest press and even lower weight shoulder press.

And I’ve booked a space in a yoga class next Wednesday evening. 🙂

Hey thats great! good for you.🙂 We all got to start somewhere! now Dont laugh but i did my 1st ever 'keep fit' today, (its been 18 years since i did things like this!) its a 10 min you tube work out from Brit Heart Foundation... i couldnt quite manage the 'star' jumps, well, not all of them but im gonna make it my mission to do this 5 days a week. 😱😱😱
 
I will never forget being taken to a gym with the promise of a yoga class, turned out to Lv3 Step Aerobics and what happened next was like a Victoria Wood sketch. I should have known when I put the 3 component parts of the step together wrong, stole 'Christine's space' and was ushered to the front of the class! No one in front to copy... the instructor shouting 'come on you all got up on a SUNDAY for this!' ... and calling all the moves by names without demo because it was a lv.3 class. This didn't put me off... rolling off the fitball into the mirror in the following class did. I used to dance so I had balance once upon a time and loved classes... but since this (about 15 years ago) I have stuck to lounge workouts and my pilates class.

Glad you're enjoying it though Colin, just check that small print on yoga and make sure it doesn't say Lv 3 Step! 😉
 
@Neens 😛 that cracked me up i laughed out loud! I can remember going to my 1st ever keep fit class years ago, OMG i was lagging so bad i looked an idiot, my arms couldn't reach up high enough, couldnt get my legs to kick in the right direction, by the time the others had moved on to side steps, and im standing there still trying to master the air punches in time to the music when everyone else was side stepping to the left wall, LOL i sidled up to the back wall and did the class from there for the next month whilst i learned the routine LOL - phew 😳
 
I have started going to the gym too, focusing on resistance to get my body fat levels down. Quite sore all over, but hanging on in there.
 
Off to the treadmill again. Going to get reacquainted with Zombie! Run! C25K But doing it indoors this time as treadmills or x-trainers are much easier on the knees.
