Group 7-day waking average?

I’ve been using Allclear for a while, they aren’t the cheapest, but they aren’t ridiculous either. We use them because they cover ancient wrinklies, and health conditions. OH is late 70s, as is my sister, who I’m travelling with later on in the year, and we all have various co-morbidities.
When I was looking for cover for my sister and I to go to Japan later in the year, a single trip on a comparison site was a couple of grand! I assume that’s their way of saying they really don’t want to cover you!
I’ll give them a call tomorrow, have a chat and see what they can do.

How did you get on at hospital Nick?

@silver minion

It was okay. I knew what to expect this time, although that didn't make it any easier. It is all psychological, as the actual injection doesn't really hurt. But it terrifies me, and I get quite emotional after. The after-effects are a very photophobic right eye and a massive two-day headache. This time I also have a black 'floater' which will go after a few days, I am told.

Oh yes and an 8.5 this morning

Nick

Afternoon all.5.7 for me this morning.Just sitting in tea room garden having a coffee and catch up on you lot . House work done.Dinner cooked and eaten.Take dog up into the woods for a good walk . Congratulations to @Sharon1 on your Hs today and also @ Pam123 for yours yesterday.Enjoy your Sunday people

Morning 6.6 today
congrats on your HS @Sharron1also for yours yesterday @Pam123

I haven’t finished the giant jigsaw that is my new office corner just yet, but started it’s construction yesterday evening, it’s actually a bigger jigsaw than I thought it was going to be (with poor instructions) possibly the main unit is over-engineered to make it look more aesthetically pleasing, anyway hopefully it will do it’s job and I’m looking forward to being more organised once it’s all on the wall.

On Friday had a second phone call (I first spoke to her last week) someone my GP had referred me to she’s trying to help me better manage stress and anxiety which after what I went though a few months ago is much needed, we were having a really good chat when a neighbours daughter hammered on the door needing help as they had a water leek.

Have a Super Sunday ForumFriends :D
Updated Sunday evening office furniture now all put together, just need to get in order & start utilising
then I can have a sort out in my Bedroom

Looking forward to when my Mum's old Dining room table can again be used for its intended use.

Good evening folks.Very late posting today. 7.1 this morning. More fruit picking and processing again. Totals so far this week are 13 litres of perry, 18 litres of cider, 2 batches of greengage wine 17 litres in total. We still have a dozen or so pears to bottle and a couple of kgs of Victoria plums to make into jam, some of which will have fresh chilli added.
Our kitchen is beginning to smell like a brewery.
Congratulations on your HS @Sharron1

Hope you all had a good weekend and enjoyed the cooler weather. Take care and hugs to anyone not feeling chipper for whatever reason.

An early 7.5.
As I started off “high” yesterday I never recovered. Stayed hovering around 7/8 all day. Thought it was odd but not too concerned as I didn’t do any exercise at all. Just sat in the garden reading my book and recovering from three days of grandchildren. Just before tea, which Mr Eggy made, I discovered I’d been bit, that’s nowt new really, I get bitten all the time but this last few weeks has been particularly bad for me. But I think a cleg has got me this time and, as usual, I’ve got a reaction. Woke up this morning and found it’s all bubbled up and is very tingly, itchy and painful. It’s right inside my left knee and has stopped me getting back to sleep. Hence the early morning. As I don’t have a spleen infections are a wee bit harder to fight off so I’ll pop a photo over to GP on an E-consult and hopefully get sent some stronger antibiotics which I’ll take along side my prophylactic penicillin. Blooming nuisance, I thought I’d got away with it this year. I’d better take some antihistamines too, which I hate as they make me drowsy. Grrr! Anyone else had more bites than usual this year? I ask as Mr Eggy has had loads too and they don’t usually bother him too much. Maybe the dryer, hotter weather?

No plans today except to stay indoors!

Have a Happy Monday.

Look away now if you’re squeamish. This is small to what it could get to, I’ve had some absolute whoppers!

Morning and a 7.2 for me and a reasonably flat night after a very up and down day due to a very nice lunch out but a couple of walks and more time digging in garden.
Feel more refreshed after doing more exercise even if a few aches this morning which is good as been feeling a bit lethargic lately even though have hardly been overdoing it so perhaps it has been the heat and not sleeping as well.
So have a good week all with a quiet day today just a trip to Solicitors on agenda.

Congrats on the HS @Robin

5.9 for me.

I did get across to my parents yesterday so that nice.

Day off today - no huge plans.

Someone stole our rubbish bin after bin day last week so have to order a new one. I'm not sure I have words to express the excitement that is my life

Morning all. 6.3 after an overnight correction. I got my breakfast, injected 3u for it and after the first bite the low alarm went off with a 4.3 and dropping! Juice it is with breakfast then.

Today i need to go to mums to be there while she showers. She can do it herself but just wants someone there in case she falls. I don't know what i could do, i can't lift her, but if it gives her peace of mind i'll be there. After that i think its straight home. I had some very strange dreams all night and woke up achey and with a stuffy head. I hope its from the dreams and not coming down with something.

@eggyg that looks nasty! I hope you get the antibiotics.
