Group 7-day waking average?

8.6 for me this morning the first time I woke up at 5,52am due to high alarm going off and that after needing 4 separate jelly babies during the earlier part of the night, so I guess I got my evening Levemir wrong. 🙄 Jabbed 4 units of Fiasp to deal with the obvious DP that was happening plus my morning Levemir and went back to sleep and woke to a nice 4.2 when I properly woke up. Not the most restful night's sleep!

@ColinUK , @Grannylorraine , @Robin , @silver minion , @Bloden , @Leadinglights , @PattiEvans , @goodybags , @Wendal , @Colin g and anyone intrigued by my bizarre meal (that I did not eat) here is a description of it. The pasta/pastry part tasted like a very floury taste not dissimilar to those tools dusted with flour but somehow wrong.. The filling(?) had a slight cheesy flavour with an overwhelming unknown vegetable(s) overtones. I knew if I ate it I would regurgitate it a few minutes later.

Does anybody know what it is meant to be?

I have had two dietician visits here and two in the hospital as I dropped 17 kg. The one in the hospital was obsessed with Ensure hardly suitable for a diabetic and the one that comes here talks about good helpings of lean protein! My roast chicken dinner morphed into roast pork that was lean in fat content and serving size!

Possibly a cheese and potato pie though there did look as if there was some grey meat lurking there. How they can call that suitable food is beyond belief.
