Group 7-day waking average?

6.6 this a.m. A warm afternoon with cloud cover and very little in the way of wind. According to the MET office, it's warmer the further east and south of here. So be careful of the heat where you are.

Congratulation go to @Barrowman on today's HS!

Hope everyone is enjoying the day.

Good afternoon folks. 7.9 this morning. Up early and a quick trip to the local country store to pick up some chicken feed. Then a dye patch test at the salon. I think it will sweat off with today's heat. Forecast is 32 degC. Did a bit of watering and weeding before lunch. Staying indoors now and waiting 10 minutes or so for the phone line to open so I can book accessible parking for the concert on Saturday.

Congrats on the HS @Barrowman
Stay cool and hydrated if you are in the Heatwave area today everyone. No doubt we will soon be grumbling about cold wet weather soon enough.

12:25 BS 9.7 A bit better but, again lower earlier!

A Very G’Day Mates & hope you’re having a Wonderful Day? 😉

Food tastes back to normal as I’ve rinsed the salt off my cutlery & dishes with an extra quick rinse cycle & I’m getting used to reaching up to pour the water in the tank: only fill the jug half way & do it in 5 instead of 3 full jugs; it’s less heavy & messy that way as full jugs are too heavy & I spill it everywhere when I lose my grip! 🙄🙂

Be kind to yourself, you've been through a lot recently.

9.9 for me, back to "normal"
I stuffed my face last night my fault

Morning and a 6.1 for me after am sure not alone a very warm night and just feel shattered but change underway today.
Had blood test yesterday and my low alarm went off as I was leaving GPs after walking down there in heat.Just popped 3 Dextrose and walked back home and then a quiet day with just going out for a coffee and cake at local Garden Centre.
Off to Wirral today and early start but then hopefully get home early too.
Whatever you are upto have a good one.

Morning 5.1 today
congrats on yesterdays HS @Barrowman

Morning all. 5.8

Waiting in today for Royal Mail to collect a parcel. Hopefully they’ll be on time.

Talking of time, how is it already July?!

Pinch pinch etc

Morning all. 6.4. Struggled to keep levels up last night before bed then had a bit of a spike overnight followed by a steady descent.

Its going to be a hot day again. The only thing i need to do is get some things from mum's house and visit her in hospital.

Morning all. 🙂 6.4 here.

It’s very close here still but overcast and drizzling. The sun came out with a vengeance yesterday afternoon while we were out with the dogs. A low alarm sent me home. It was lovely to see families enjoying the beach after school. We followed some very sunburnt legs onto the beach - they’ll be feeling it today, ouch!

Morning all. 5.4.

Yesterday’s appointment with DSN was good, she’s happy I’m happy with the Fiasp. I’ve asked to stay on Levemir as long as it’s available. She agreed. Production will stop in December but obviously they will want to use it up rather than changing everyone over and dumping it? The doc wants full bloods taken again as my platelets were high, again, ( the result of being spleenless), but in her words “ we need to keep an eye on things with all that’s going on”, referring to my ongoing gastric issues. At least a wee bit progress. It’s not for another month as it’s only six weeks since the last bloods were taken. So I’ve got a break, in the last six weeks I’ve had five appointments at GP surgery, one hospital appointment, regular breast screening, and a dental appointment! I need a break from all things medical!

Today we’re reaching the dizzy heights of 17 degrees! Plus rain. I can’t believe the difference between one end of the country to the other. I’d rather be at this end, it was “only” 22 degrees yesterday but so muggy, I can’t stand it. Hope everyone is coping, it must be awful trying to work or go to school in it. Keep hydrated, slap on the sunscreen and don’t move too much is my sage advice. If that’s not possible just take care.

Have a good day.
