Group 7-day waking average?

Morning everyone. It’s a 4.3 for me on a very overcast start to the day.

Have a great day everyone and stay cool…

Think I forgot to say when I posted before congrats on the HS yesterday @eggyg, also thanks for the update on @PattiEvans’s hospital stay

I’ll post first then, go back & catch up! Apologies for yesterday’s absence! 😳 It was about the same as today: yesterday 12:07 BS 10.9; today 11:39 BS 10.1 & already up to 11.1 after loo trip which, hopefully will settle down a bit before getting up for breakfast raises it again?

I CAN just about squeeze in, as I’m typing this at 11:51, a Very Good Morning & have a Wonderful Day, 😉

BUUTTTT! By the the time I DO push the button it’ll will definitely after midday so, have a G’Day Mates as well! >>😉😉

Uhh! I’m just getting up too late these days & BS is in the 10’s by then: BS is much better, 4.4 yesterday & 6.somethings today, earlier around 4-6am & rises steadily from there until I wake up! I just need to get up earlier! 🙄

5.8 this morning.

Did absolutely nothing yesterday at all other than laze around in the vicinity of the wafting big fan and read. It was bliss.

Today is a rare cultural day with an exhibition first thing (Yoshimoto Nara at the Hayward Gallery) and then dance this afternoon (Zoonation at the Linbury).

The Nara might be interesting as this is the only one of his I’ve ever seen in the flesh, it was at Sotheby’s, it stopped me in my tracks.

Zoonation are often fun. Hugely energetic their core dance style is hip hop but they incorporate so many other influences and this is their contribution to the Next Generation Festival so it’s their junior/student company.

Enjoy your Sunday whatever it brings.
Those eyes are amazing! 😱<3

Morning all. 7, rice, the gift that keeps on giving!

I too did nowt yesterday, just read. It was drizzly all day, today is gorgeous, sitting recovering from our full English on our kitchen sofa with the patio doors open. It’s only 14 degrees but feels warmer.

@PattiEvans has been in touch with me this morning. She’s currently in hospital in Bordeaux, France. Unfortunately she was taken ill whilst on a river cruise. It turned out to be pneumonia and she’s spent the last week in intensive care. It’s been horrendous, I’ll let her tell you the story. She’s now in a general thoracic ward and hoping to be repatriated soon, discussions to be held tomorrow. She’s sends her best wishes to you all and hope she’ll be back to posting soon.

@Grannylorraine @zippyjojo is fine, busy with her lovely garden. I too was thinking about @TinaD the other day, hope all is well.

Have a great sunny, Sunday. Not sure what we’re doing but it won’t be too taxing.
@PattiEvans hoping for a speedy recovery.

@PattiEvans best wishes to you for a speedy recovery.

Dez

Good afternoon folks. 9.7 for me thus morning. 😱 guess who forgot her morning dose yesterday o_O I blame the heat ! Remembered to take tablets this morning after breakfast of yoghurt and tayberry compote with nuts. Planted out the stuff we bought yesterday while it was cooler this morning.

Congrats on the HS @Lauren and @Colin g

Sorry to hear you were taken ill on holiday @PattiEvans hope you are well enough to travel home soon.

Take care everyone xx

8.3 earlier before dropping to 7.2 a couple of hours later. Starting off cloudy today, then sunny and now cloudy again but around 21C atm.

Been practicing my guitar in fits and starts after a break of three weeks; still rusty but i mean to make it a go of practicing as often as i think on them, instead of staring into space and not doing anything.

Congratulations @Laureand @Colin g on today's HSs.

Hope you make a full recovery Patti.

6.9

Not displeased but very puzzled. It's the first time I've ever had a "normal" reading except on a handful of days where I started higher but continued fasting for 15+ hours and it eventually dropped.

I had a 6.4 and 6.8 yesterday evening so think today's reading is genuine.

Why today? Why the sudden drop from my usual 9s, 10s and 11s? Thursday and Friday were quite busy and stressful so if anything I'd have expected a rise.

4.9 this morning, we decided to go in search for a new sun canopy the one we have keeps falling over in even the slightest wind, its only a few months and the stand is heavy but its so unstable, we didn't find what we wanted but came home with some conifers hubby is shattered after planting them, only 4 so far but our garden is full of sandstone and he has had to dig down deep to find good soil, we now have a pile of sandstone to get rid of.

@PattiEvans Hope you get well soon how horrible for you.
