Group 7-day waking average?

Congrats on the HS @Robin and @Martin.A

Morning all. A 6.6 for me. Its warm out already, just been to hang the washing out. No rain is forecast until much later, although its quite cloudy. Just the cleaning/dusting/vaccuuming to do out of the way as hubby has this weekend off.

Morning, was 3.8 for me when I first woke up and then 7.1 after a little too much glucose to correct.

Last night I went to the Mayflower to see Pride and Prejudice* *Sort Of. Absolutely hilarious, I loved it.
Early 7am start at school this morning. Looking forward to the weekend.

Have a great Friday everyone.

Morning all. 🙂 8.4 here.

What a day of downpours yesterday!

It's sunny but nippy out there now. A walk, a trip to the local farm shop with my mum, a haircut, coffee with my BF, then home = today's agenda. I'm working tomorrow so I'm taking today off.

I went with my friend to see this last month. We thought it was brilliant, so funny and said we would be happy to see it again. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Morning all. A 5.5 for me to start the day.

It’s the local ‘secret gardens’ weekend trail here, and we’re opening our garden for friends and neighbours to have a nose around. Time for some last minute tidying!!

Congrats on the HSs @Robin and @Martin.A

Morning,

Made it 3 of a kind with HS this morning, joining @Robin and @Martin.A with a 5.2, congratulations to both of you.

Today on an already hot day I am making lemon cake and caramel bounty cookies to take to knit and natter tomorrow, oh well I can sit outside while the oven is on.

5 5 for me Still got nolaptop

Well, I got that wrong. We bought an M&S a pack of Scottish Scampi and some “Roasted Butternut, Lentil and Goats Cheese with Balsamic dressing”. Sounded healthy. Tasted pretty good. Only when my blood sugar immediately rocketed upwards to 12 from 6, (after a dose of 6 novo rapid) did I check the pack: “Sugars, 9%”. Mr Know-it-all completely miscalculated. As the BS continued to rise I took a bolus dose of 6u.

Everything settled down. I changed my G7 sensor this morning. The old one read 8.2, the new one 6.2. Why are they not the same? I might prick my finger later to calibrate.

Lovely sunny day at the moment. I’m off to cut back my neighbour’s invasive Virginia Creeper on our joint fence. Her garden has been completely taken over ….

Blimey, you see one and then a whole bunch arrive at the same time. :star:‘s all round …

4.1 this Friday morning for me, back into my usual territory!

Had a house clearing day yesterday of my parent’s house which was quite productive but very tiring. At least we’re making some progress but had to give up when we were moving stuff around as had filled the bins and also the car with things for charity shops. Planning to get some estate agents out next week and get it on the market as soon as possible.

Just had the care home call to say Mum has had a fall and her head is bleeding so they have called an ambulance, so will be over there as soon as my wife gets back from the gym.

Congratulations @Barrowman , @Grannylorraine , @Martin.A and @Robin on your HSs today! Anyone else joining?

Have a great Friday everyone!

Sounds like my neighbour who having done nothing in the garden for 8 years got someone to clear it, they cut down everything, so that has revealed an unsightly garage and fence on the other side which was all hidden by the jungle. My birds are very upset as they have no perching places now. It did need doing but something more sympathetic would have been better.
