Group 7-day waking average?

8.1 this morning quickly rising to 11.6 and didn't really come down until tonight; it was then 8.6 and rose quickly after the evening meal, currently 12.7; so I'll be having a correction later.

Got on to the NHS app and talking to the doctors after yesterdays talk with 111. The doctors had no more appointments for today and I should talk to 111 again - they put me on to the pharmacy. They said phone to doctors in the morning after I went down to see them 🙄

On the positive my large plasters arrived so I can cover the blister type wound, so it no longer rubs on my trousers or the bed linen, tonight.
