Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. 🙂 6.0 here.

My niece was the same @eggyg - if you didn’t watch her like a hawk when she was tiny, she’d be straight up the climbing frame and happily sitting on the top, eek! They signed her up for gimnastics classes as soon as they could and she loved it.

I’m postponing my work admin until tomorrow as a trip to a nearby town is on the cards. Hubby’s got an eye test, I need to buy a retirement present, and then it’s DIY shopping. I’m determined to enjoy myself tho - yes, even the DIY part - cos this Omnipod 5 lark is really getting me down. Hopefully, the DSN’ll phone today with some solutions.

Nearly the weekend!

7.1 after a flat-ish line of 6.5/7s from midnight. It's a trifle damp today and remained pretty miserable until midday. Blue sky/white cloud for the main now though, but a breeze has sprung up.

Had a meeting with the Psychiatrist today, detailing what was occurring despite the the anti-psychotic medication. He told be to double the Risperidone from 3mg nightly, to 6mg before bed. I can see how that'd work and hope that I'll get a better night's sleep on the occasions that I don't, and that I don't have to live through the subtle voices again - creepy.
Hope that anyone who experiences these symptom's will, eventually find peace with themselves.
hope it works for you and helps you lets remember that no anti psychotic will stop thing 100% good luck

Morning

4.6 today, doing a bit more crotchet, then walk to see mum, will have to time it between the rain showers.
What lunch are you crocheting today?!

Was 6.4 when I first woke up but I'm struggling with foot to floor the last couple of weeks and reached 9.8 before it gradually started coming back down.
Off to get my eyes tested shortly, it's been a few years and the lenses of my glasses have deteriorated and are constantly slightly hazed. It'll be nice to have clear vision again. Although I'm not looking forward to the cost. I have varifocals, thinner index lenses and reactolite added on which bumps up the price considerably!

Morning everyone. A happy 5.4 for me this fine sunny morning...

Woke up to another cool, grey and damp Berkshire morning but it's brightened up now. Lull before the storm, though - tomorrow's forecast looks awful, and not just for here. I'm joining @Barrowman on the 5.4 step this morning.

Yesterday's tennis SF was a bit of an anti-climax as the unseeded wildcard and world number 361 finally hit a brick wall and got blitzed off the court. The other SF was a right battle, though. The final is now between the1st and 2nd seeds, which is what the seedings are supposed to produce. Men's SFs today.

@eggyg & @ColinUK - will you behave yourselves, please?

Friday is usually Big Shop Day but our eldest and his girlfriend are off to Greece on Monday and my wife is at her sister's in Bedford this weekend, so it might not be a such a big shop this week.

Enjoy your Friday.

Morning all and 5.4 for me.

Just been to the vampires. I didn't even get a chance to sit down in the waiting area. I think they've got the appointment system sorted.

Charger for the laptop on the blink. Need to get that sorted in the next couple of weeks.

Have a good day everyone.

I thought i'd take a walk to the chemist and pick up my prescription. I wish i hadn't, i now have a blister on my little toe from trainers that have never rubbed before. I'm a bit scared, its my first blister since being diagnosed!

Morning all - it's quite nice here, but it could change.

16.3 this morning and it had been high all night Eeeek! I gave myself an injection with a pen and set to investigating. Last night at midnight I accidentally pulled my cannula out when visiting the loo. I put a new one in. When I took it out this morning the top 2mm was kinked over at right angles, so obviously it'd hardly been delivering any insulin. I do love being on a pump - but I wonder if these HCLs are more bother than they are worth. Although the kinked cannula could have happened anyway and it's my first in more than 14 years.

Only thing on the agenda today is a check up at the Dentist and then home to do ironing.

Not heard from @Gwynn for a while and @TinaD for even longer... hope they are both OK.

@eggyg however much effort they are the Grandkids are adorable!

Have a good day all!

9.1 at 9am.
Can't seem to move from the 9's so think I'll have my evening supper earlier, maybe that'll make a difference!

It's been a bit of a damp squib all day but it didn't stop me from donning my waterproofs and going into the garden to pot on some Begonias and to get rid of old compost to take to the local tip. Also to feed my various potted plants, Honeysuckles, Red Robin, a Bleeding Heart that has totally surprised me this year with loads of hearts hanging on its stems, just beautiful. I love my garden when it's raining with different colour green leaves and the lawn looks greener too.

My eldest grandson & partner visited at the weekend with my darling ten month great-granddaughter, such joy. My first great grandchild. I feel ancient!

Take care everyone and stay as well as you can.
