Group 7-day waking average?

i dont use dextrose as i like them to much and will happly have a whole packet
 
7.1 after a flat-ish line of 6.5/7s from midnight. It's a trifle damp today and remained pretty miserable until midday. Blue sky/white cloud for the main now though, but a breeze has sprung up.

Had a meeting with the Psychiatrist today, detailing what was occurring despite the the anti-psychotic medication. He told be to double the Risperidone from 3mg nightly, to 6mg before bed. I can see how that'd work and hope that I'll get a better night's sleep on the occasions that I don't, and that I don't have to live through the subtle voices again - creepy.
Hope that anyone who experiences these symptom's will, eventually find peace with themselves.

Despite our being away and dining out - well picnicking as far as Glyndebourne Opera is concerned - a 4.8 this morning before a full hotel breakfast! Must have burned off the extra BS with too much laughter. The Barber of Seville was terrific, done with real verve; fast faced, lots of movement in and out of doors with great singing from all the cast (especially Cecilia Molinari as Rosina and German Molinari as Figaro) and with the LPO under Rory Macdonald. A French farce with Italian Rosetti music. An evening to remember. So earlier I said that the menu hadn't changed in the cafe we were going to for lunch. It hadn't, but the prices blooming well had! In the month or so since we went last they have gone through the roof. The chicken ciabatta is now £14.99 and a crab sandwich a cool £22.99!!! We shan't be going again in a hurry!

The Salt Path was quite interesting, but all views were of the north coast, which is much more rugged than the more gentle south coast. Cinema was full, only spare seats in the very front row. Mostly OAPs...
 
9.1 at 9am.
Can't seem to move from the 9's so think I'll have my evening supper earlier, maybe that'll make a difference!:confused:

It's been a bit of a damp squib all day but it didn't stop me from donning my waterproofs and going into the garden to pot on some Begonias and to get rid of old compost to take to the local tip. Also to feed my various potted plants, Honeysuckles, Red Robin, a Bleeding Heart that has totally surprised me this year with loads of hearts hanging on its stems, just beautiful. I love my garden when it's raining with different colour green leaves and the lawn looks greener too.

My eldest grandson & partner visited at the weekend with my darling ten month great-granddaughter, such joy. My first great grandchild. I feel ancient!

Good grief Patti, those prices are outrageous! How can those prices be justified? Don't blame you for not going back.

It’s not easy, I just make it look easy! 😉 I’m absolutely cream crackered if truth be known. They went home with doggy bags, all the quiche went, I’ve ham left, which I’ll freeze, I’ve frozen two tubs of hummus. I’ve got coleslaw left, I’ll chuck that out, I’ve also got the orzo salad left, I might freeze that too, if it works that’ll be fine if it doesn’t well I would have been throwing it out anyways. I’ve also frozen some focaccia too, that always comes in handy. Kitchen almost tidy, dishwasher been on twice and Mr Eggy has piled up the rest on the draining board like Jenga! 🙄

Thank you. This afternoon was almost as bad as last night. The unit manager caught us walking in and warned us that Mum was having a bad day. I spoke to one of my uncles tonight who assured me the things mum has been saying are simply not true. That helped me a lot in reaffirming my view of the past.

That's happening to me Robin on my mobile phone. BT doesn't recognise my password after telling me I needed to log in. I still can't log in but.......I don't have a problem using emails on my Tablet to come on the forum. I thought how odd!
I've not heard of the Downdetector website so thanks for that Robin.

Morning a 5.7 after succumbing to some toast before bed as my wife came in from Gardening Club and going high.Why do I do it? But I sleep well.
Short walks already done due to rain and WFH today apart from a trip to dentist this morning.
Another nice day yesterday and lunch in Booths ( a posh Northern Supermarket) in Burscough, not a normal haunt but I needed the loo and then enjoyed the Lancashire Rarebit and was very nice.
Quick bit of shopping for some Pomegranite Molasses which I did find and arrived home to find my wife had been busy making stuff for the Day of Dance on Saturday.They provide a Ploughman’s and cakes for the ensemble of Morris Dancers etc and the plates are always empty after the days effort.
Have a Good Friday and even better w/ end.
 
Morning all. 6.9 at 5am. Not had a good night, very hot and clammy, RLS and heart racing. So I’ve got up as it was like being in purgatory.

Yesterday went well, total and utter chaos as usual. My kitchen still looks like a bomb has hit it. Although the dining room looks like no one was ever there! We all went to youngest daughter’s new house as her sister hadn’t seen it yet, and we hadn’t seen it for a couple of weeks. The boxes are almost empty. They’ve decorated Zara’s room and both girls have new curtains, Eden’s room needs a carpet, it was used as a gym by the previous owners and has rubber matting down. They’ve ordered new sofas, a new bed, for them, is arriving today, their’s collapsed as they were dismantling it! It’s all coming together, but the biggest change is the play room, last time we were there it was full of boxes and the girls couldn’t access their toys. They’ve bought a unit with pull out boxes and it looks so much better. The girls seem thrilled with it. Although Eden Knieval climbed onto the toy kitchen and we found her perched on the window sill! I moved the kitchen! She’s 16 months old and a total wild child. 🙄

We stayed to babysit as mum and dad had an appointment at Zara’s new school at 5pm. Just about uniform, school dinners, etc. I got Eden ready for bed, she was absolutely past herself. Zara isn’t 100% and she may not go to nursery today, so we might have a visitor if her other grandparents can’t have her all day. We might get a quieter week next week!

Ooh I love Booths, I worked in Keswick many years ago and Booths was just around the corner, so would nip in on my lunch break. Our nearest one is in Penrith, 15 minute drive away. Always pop in if we’re passing. Bit expensive to do your weekly shop in though. 😱
 
Morning all. 5.7 and a unicorn day yesterday. Nothing planned here today. Its raining atm but forecast dry and sunny spells from 9am so bedding and towels in the wash now in the hope that they can be hung out soon.

I had another dream about work last night, a similar one to the other night, where i was being ostrasized by other staff. I left eight months ago. Wow, that time has gone quick! It shows i'm happier than i was then!
