Group 7-day waking average?

Also 6.6 today, though that’s off rocketing up. Bgs are already improving and only had day 1 of the course yesterday, just starting doing the basics again is helping, though it is an easier bg phase that’s just starting too.

Keep forgetting to prime the needle which I’m supposed to be restarting doing though. Have been remembering to hold pen in for a count of 10 and changed injection sites. Also put my lantus up 2u last night.

Morning all, 5.8 here. Got a surprise when I looked out of the window, lying snow and more falling! We were supposed to be too far south to get any, but it’s always a bit colder here up the top of a Cotswold.

I've just been out, the roads are clear here even though its still snowing.

Congrats to the trio of HSers!

Well done to today's 5.2s. A 5.6 for me today. 🙂
Stay safe and warm everybody.

Dez

Morning all.4 1 for me this morning.Dropped below a few times.Blame the snow Just back from early gp appointment.so now in Costas having a coffee before heading home to take dog out Congratulations to @colin UK @ Goodybags and @ Gwynn on your Hs .Stay safe folks

6.3 on this snowy morning here.

We were going to go to Costco today but decided not to bother given the snow, even though I’m sure the roads will be ok there doesn’t seem any point in getting caught up in the inevitable traffic when we don’t need to go this week.

Congratulations @goodybags, @ColinUK and @Gwynn on your HSs today.

And appropriate for today …

Morning everyone, a happy 5.4 for me today and it’s been snowing here as well. Off to donate some blood at 11 all because I had a pain in the neck over the weekend.

Have a good day everyone and stay warm.

It's a filthy morning here - bitterly cold and very wet. No snow, but just heard that it's snowing over in nearby Bracknell. Congrats @goodybags @ColinUK and @Gwynn on your HSs this morning. Got room on the step for me?

@Gwynn aren't your squirrels supposed to be hibernating by now..??

Anyone having trouble finding strawberries at the moment? None on display this morning at our Morrisons or Waitrose, for 3 days in a row now. Managed to get one of the last punnets at the Co-op Local yesterday but they didn't have any this morning either.

Swim later, as usual on a Tuesday. Thought about going yesterday but changed my mind as it looked like it was going to be pretty busy when I logged on to book.

Have a good day, weather permitting.

Morning all and 6.4 for me.

Eye screening day. The drops are just kicking in. At least it's nicely dull out there.

Rehearsal tonight. Don't know which bass player will turn up. Regular or stand in.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all - heavy rain here in Cornwall. Everyone moaning how cold it is, but it is DEGREES warmer than you lot seem to have it.

6.2 this morning on the BG meter which I had to use. Had a fright as the PDM wouldn't turn on and without that I can't talk to the pod and can't receive BG updates and don't know if I'm getting insulin or not. I then realised it had no charge... due to a combination of circumstances I had plugged it in yesterday, then hubby had turned the socket off by accident and I was so tired when I went to bed I had not put it on charge. Fortunately after charging it up it started and I have not lost any data, nor any settings... phew!!!

Sat down to watch Masterchef after dinner last night. Immediately fell into a deep and peaceful sleep, J woke me at 11pm, I went straight to bed and slept till 8am. Not often I get that much sleep!!! We had been very busy yesterday, got cleared up after the day before's entertaining, did the ironing and made soup. Gallons of soup!

Off out for lunch at the pub today with 3 friends, two of whom we don't get to see that often as they live in Surrey most of the time these days.

Congratulations to the HSrs @goodybags @Martin.A @ColinUK and @Gwynn.

Have a good one everyone!

5.3 for me new amount of insulin seems to be right The nurse today took a picture of my levels and sent them off to the Elsie Bertram at the N&N so will see if they think it needs to be reduced further When I think of all the hard work I have done ie carb/cal counting watching what i eat its been worth it

A 7.5 today... Not seeing a fall yet.

Hello, folks!

I've been away walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, running fairly regular 5ks and appreciating the wonder drug that is Rybelsus.

But eating isn't what it should be.

Hopefully coming here will give me a sense of accountability.

Blood glucose was 12.1 this morning after being around 10 for ages.

Apparently just writing it down in a spreadsheet doesn't magically make it trend downwards!

Regards
Rick
