Group 7-day waking average?

5.2 this morning - what a surprise! I am happy, who wouldn't be?

Going into town to meet the friends we normally meet on Friday or Saturday later this afternoon. I shall wear the jacket my friend gave me yesterday. I am the recipient of clothes she buys and doesn't wear, but keeps too long to return to the shop. I told her to keep buying clothes she doesn't like as they suit me very well!!!! I will get her something she does like next time we go shopping together.

Julian put the UV film on the front windows yesterday, it's cured the glare of the sun, but the sitting room now seems awfully dark. As does the study. I hate it in the sitting room, but can just about tolerate it in the study.

LOL my sister's cat used to do the same - we thought it was unique. But I've just googled it and apparently it's quite common. :D

Morning

An oh so near oh so far 5.3 this morning, today’s plans are visiting mum and doing the next part of my crotchet along as the next part of the pattern has been released today. Still pleasant weather dry, some sunshine and reasonable temperatures.

@PattiEvans - congratulations on your HS today.
 
Good morning folks.6.7 this morning and the sun is shining again. Bit of gardening before Tai Chi and raiding the shed where I keep extra tins and jars that won't fit in thr larder cupboard.

Congratulations on your HS @PattiEvans . I also donated a lot of hardly worn clothes to a good friend last year after losing weight and dropping 3 dress sizes. She is the same height as me (short) .

Have a lovely Bank holiday weekend folks. I probably won't post tomorrow.

Ah I didn't realise this was so common! My cat Pippa used to peel it away with her claw and then play with it. It was very wiggly so I understand the temptation! A pain though haha. My two new cats haven't figured this form of entertainment out yet, and I'm hoping they won't!
 
morning all 5.2 this morning just waiting for for the pharmacist to deliver hubby next month of tablets then were of out to do the weekends shopping and then back to continue with the kitchen its taking an age to get the backing paper off the doors, wallpaper done and some tiles on plus led lights under the cupboards done

I donated some clothes to a friend too, although they were clothes i had to buy when i lost so much weight before being diagnosed. Now my weight has gone back up (and a bit more!) I had no chance of getting into them. She loves clothing so was over the moon that things fitted.
 
Morning, 6.6 for me
Had a text inviting me to book my annual diabetes review so that will be 9th September. I'm looking forward to seeing what my Hba1c is after a year of insulin. Libre is predicting 41 but I expect it will be a bit higher than that. It'll definitely be better than last year's 87, at any rate.
