Group 7-day waking average?

Happy Monday forum folks, I woke to a bit of a high one today (a whopping 11.5)

slight over treatment of a before bed low yesterday evening (when my BS was dropping before bed)
not quite HypoLow but 4.2
personally I don’t like to go to bed on anything to low as still taking insulin, but not so much these days.
So yesterday as was low I hit the snack drawer (didn’t realise there was nougat 😉 in there)
then a few slices of bread n-cheese, so not surprising really to see today’s DP

the interesting bit woke at 05:58 with the high reading, then at breakfast time was down to (@07:30) to a much more respectable 7.9 so obviously pancreas is working away well today

something else, regarding my medication
I’ve not intentionally forgotten to take any med’s but as well as the reduced insulin I’m currently doing ( was just 4 units of NovoMix morning & evening) I realised yesterday on quite a few occasions recently I’ve missed my Metformin I’m still on the Max dose of Metformin (or should be) so maybe that could be reduced, Will discuss this with GP when I speak to him next month

I can’t remember if I told you but spoke to GP at the end of last week regarding my Liver function
he re-assured me from the last 2 blood tests show looks well, so we knew my look to be all good so is my Liver, it was about this time last year when they were concerned about both those organs and ended up being diagnosed with NAFLD following blood tests & scans, this all added to my anxiety/ stress,
so good to have re-assurance on that one, I already knew my Kidneys were now effectively “normal” and no longer of concern.

Mrs @goodybags has done a fantastic job in our garden :star: it’s now looking quite <3
I stand by my claim it helped her to have my expert supervision & guidance 😉

Off for a swim / possibly a gym session shortly (currently I’m waiting on some important phone calls) and texts that will need a quick response/ reply

Have Marvellous Monday 😎

Morning all - a better day than yesterday with sunny spells, but still some big black clouds threatening.

7.3 this morning. Apparently I had a low (below 3.9) around 1am which I slept through. However I woke again about 4:30 with the runs. Got back to sleep around 5:30. Feeling much less tired than yesterday though.

Off to visit some more garden centres today as still looking for parsley (though I did plant one pot I bought in the supermarket, but it's seeding and I do use a lot in cooking). Also something for 2 rather large pots where couple of small shrubs died over winter. I'm wondering whether lupin plants could look nice and be perennial? We also lost the Japanese Willow that's been struggling ever since our clueless next door neighbour sprayed it with "Roundup" which drifted through the fence when she was spraying her weeds. She also killed a foot of our lawn and our Peony which was by the fence has not flowered since. Sigh!

As always super photos @eggyg and the thought of a 13.5 mile walk leaves me faint!

I don't think we have any HSs today though there are some jolly good FBGs.

@Lisa65 I struggled with leg pain and went to the physio and Osteo but the person who finally mended me was a Chiropractor. You have my sympathies!

Take care everyone and have a lovely day!

4.3 this morning CGM fell off just as I. got into bed last night the last reading was 5.2 reported it this morning so many questions for some reason anyway another one is on the way, think I will have a few days off before using another one.

Afternoon all 5 4 for me this morning 100% in range both on reader and phone.See how long it lasts . Another sunny day up here No rain for ages .No doubt when it arrives we will know about it.Enjoy your day people

Morning all, 4.9 here. Spent some time yesterday watering all the seedlings and pots. Of course, we then had a decent amount of rain overnight!
So jealous. The rain didn't get as far as Lincolnshire :(

Good afternoon. Just got around to reading emails and messages. It has been a busy morning with highs and lows (not BG). 7.7 reading at quarter to eight. Then 2 hours clearing on the steep bank that is our roadside boundary. Tiring but very productive. Blood tests and second shingles jab late morning. The nurse took the blood from right arm as I got stung in the left elbow crook on Saturday at the apiary and still had some swelling and redness despite 3 antihistamines. Feeling punctured and sore :(
Good news is a 4 day trip to Scotland next April was confirmed today. Arranged through WI and includes several excursions including a visit to a working mill, the Kelpies, Edinburgh, and a boat trip at the Falkirk Wheel.<3:starstruck:. Might even buy something with my clan tartan.

Lovely photos @eggyg although all that walking sounds tiring, the views are definitely worth it.
Hoping you have a good Monday everyone.
