Food ideas with photos

Sounds delicious. Does it freeze well? I would have to eat it all as hubby is allergic to coconut, unless I could find a suitable substitute.

Freezes fine. I typically divide it up into batches of 6 slices each and store them in the freezer in zipped sandwich bags. Each bag is breakfast for two days.
