Food ideas with photos

Seeing the physiotherapist today after a GP referral. It will be interesting to see what additional exercises she gives me now 53 years of osteopathic treatment are no longer effective. I'm not optimistic but I'll give it a go.

B: Poached egg, grilled bacon, mushrooms (0.1gm carbs)

L: Ham salad (5.4gm carbs)

D: Roast beef, jacket potato, carrots, peas and cauliflower cheese (50.9gm carbs)

Plus: Semi skimmed milk, cholesterol lowering drink and Fybogel (12.8gm carbs)
 
Saw the physiotherapist today and told my arthritis is severe. I was given a few additional exercise suggestions, and referred for a hip replacement, much to my surprise. But first - the weight must come off!!
