Hi all not been on for a while it seems I have hit a point when I have had to shout at my Doctor. I have now for some time been struggling to get my sugars down now at this point I am convinced that it is not my fault.
Just before Christmas I went to the Doctors for the annual check up and I was found to have high results. Ok this has been the case for some time so The Doctors decided to mess around with Medication. 6 Weeks Later I am getting the same results. SO more messing around with Medication. To my Horror the same results. And the same thing happened again.
So this morning I have decided enough now I my doctor is a very one in my opinion but that also seems to be everyone else's, and its a nightmare to get in to see her. So this morning I go and say to her the we have now tried various medications and regimes and nothing has worked. At which point she took my blood pressure and then went ummmmm.
Exenatide is now the solution.
My question is, is there anyone else on this and has it worked or does anyone have any more information they could share other than the stuff I can find on the Internet.
I have decided to go for the slow release Once a week injection starting on Friday.
I have tried so hard since before Christmas to get these damn levels in check damn frustrating I am playing footie twice a week swimming cycling Diet and still the damn thing does not budge
Anyway any input would be appreciated
Thanks Guys
