Before Tea/Evening Meal

A 6.7 for before dinner this evening...
 
I was about 6, forgot to look at the Libre before eating.
 
A 7.7 for me this fine evening, lazy day today, hence a higher than usual bg reading.
 
6.5 for me before supper ( frittata) Not bad reading as had chocolate éclair this afternoon with my sister as it was her birthday. We had new potatoes purple asparagus and fennel with poached sea trout and dill.

7.4 tonight as well as a bagel for lunch i fancied a sausage roll from 'greggs' that was a mistake 😡 so tonight cold meats and salad
