Before Tea/Evening Meal

5.7 tonight, which did actually surprise me because for lunch I had leftovers of a curry ok no rice but had a small naan
this is something I would usually eat not a lunchtime but in the evening when I take one of my twice daily insulin doses
 
6.9 for me. Got home and got ready for a run and was reading 5 which was too low for running in so a couple of of jelly babies and then a mouthful of cheesy potato cake my son made for some 'longer' carbs.

Seemed to fuel me about right for the run so pleased with that side of things.
 
A 6.7 for me tonight - off to bed now - night night.....zzzzzzz
 
7.9 tonight. Had a hypo at work, injected for my lunch only to then find my bread was very mouldy so had to steal some of my boss's much lower carb seeded stuff. Tried to compensate with some chocolates but clearly didn't have enough.

Hypo protocol activated and soon got it back into range. Tested before driving home (hypo was a good 1 1/2 hours before) just to be sure I was ok and was at 9.6 so it came down a bit still.

Also got my letter from the DVLA confirming I'm now on a restricted licence so got my current one ready to send back. Haven't even tried to keep my Cat C entitlement - I'm not going to go back to wagon driving so not worth the hassle.
 
I'm also not a happy bunny a few days ago i had a diabetes B/T and imy HbA1c was a 6.3: 46 so i've been put on Metformin 1 in the morning 1 at night to get my blood sugar down as i have Rhumatoid, not happy as i already have 2 injection a week.
Sorry i'm having a windge 😡
 
evening HS tonight - very different to this morning in-fact all afternoon have showed good control

And it was a 6.7 for me this fine evening.
 
I am also not a happy bunny! My BG had been 6/7 all day but at 5:30 O was hit by phantom pain. By 6 my BG was 9.1 and when I injected at 7:00 it was 13.3. The pain has settled for now after taking the first line 2 x Paracetamol but the sheer randomness of it hacks me off!
 
And a 7.5 for me tonight and my dinner is ready so I'm off....
 
5.4 which was a nice surprise!
