So that we can help you we need to ask you a few questions (Sorry)
When we're you diagnosed?
How did your diagnosis come about ~ e.g. were you suffering symptoms like gaining weight ; an unquenchable thirst ; passing water more frequently?
Or
Was your diabetes picked up through a routine blood test?
Do you exercise on a regular basis?
Have you been supplied with a meter kit to enable you to test your blood glucose levels?
We're you seen by a DSN or your GP when you were advised of your diabetes?
There's much to learn about your diabetes which is a
condition that is manageable if you follow a healthy diet and exercise regime. By exercise I mean walking; swimming; badminton, other. etc
